Whether you are a family of five or having a family reunion of Fourteen, Frangista Beach is the perfect spot for you. As you enter into the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a wet bar.
Bedroom number one is the children’s room, kid friendly with two sets of bunk beds and trundle, it sleeps 6 with TV and DVD entertainment. Whether it’s a morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap bedroom number two feature’s a queen size bed, full bath with sitting area, TV with DVD entertainment. Sliding glass doors overlook the private pool/spa with enchanting views of the gulf of Mexico, also has its own private access to the beach. The next choice is yours, stairs or elevator to reach the second or third floor of Frangista Sands. Treat yourself to the luxury of a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops and island plus dining table. Ocean views can be seen from the kitchen and family room. The family room is complete with a big screen color TV, DVD and Wireless High Speed Broadband Internet access. This allows you to stay in touch while you’re away. Sliding glass doors open to the second floor covered balcony with dining capabilities.
Bedroom number three can be found on the second floor, featuring a full bath, queen size bed and TV with DVD. Off you go to the third floor to find the fourth bedroom, master suit and laundry facility. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath and TV with DVD. Your getaway continues in the master suite, a king size bed with large private bath and Jacuzzi, TV with DVD and perhaps the best feature of all is the covered balcony that allows you to bring the beautiful ocean atmosphere inside. The neighborhood also features a private heated community pool with waterfall and whirlpool.
