I would not rent this room again. Very oudated(VHS instead of DVD),holes in the wall, leaks when it rains through the sliding glass doors, bathroom smells like sewer, tub does not drain well, covers are old and faded, curtains are 2 sheets that are barely hanging on drapery hooks, refrigerator is rusted. Room really needs to be renovated.Owner response: The door was off the track, if you would have called I would have fixed it. The blinds were torn down by someone the week before so I had to get something up til the special sized blinds came in. Rust in Florida is a common thing with the salt air. All these issues have been addressed. Sorry it rained the whole time you were here, I wish you had'nt taken it out on me. You never called. I would have responded immediately to any or your issues and concerns. I live 2 miles from the condo.

Great location! Great PRICE! Great private beaches! Great pool. Great rental! Great parking lot, easy to get in and out of our unit. Loading in and out was easy, even in the rain! Plus they have a great pet run! This is our 2nd time to rent this unit from this family and look forward to it again next year! Thanks guys!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.
