This is a ten-year-old home with central air. It is located across the street from the Peconic Bay. The rear yard has a gazebo (12 foot) and overlooks a large farm. The view is beautiful the farm grows sunflowers for local farm stands.The bedrooms have pillow-top, new mattresses.NEW....We now have two 42"plasma tvs.Each br has it'own tv.HBO, movie on demand sport espn. And the house has a wireless internet connection,so bring your Wireless computer. Added for the summer of 08 a tropitone table and eight tripitone chairs for the gazebo area.The entire inside of the house painted in Feb 08,and a new tumbled stone spa shower installed March 08.New for 09 52" 1080p lcd television and Blueray dvd installed on 1/30/09 in Living room

The Sunday Swingers Golf group enjoyed a fall weekend of golf and wine tasting.Aquebogue is the perfect point to stay between all the courses.The weather was cold(32in the morningon Saturday)but even the ladies made it to the course(although not everyone finished 18)We,ll have fall golf trip again next year-everyone had a great time.....Ps...The gazebo was a hit for late night laughs under blankets and winter gear...

Had a very relaxing time,this house was a great place to stayWireless networkconnection proved incredibly usefull.Indian Island golf course was good for beginers,good value but was very busy,even on a Monday Cherry Creek Golf course(links course)was much better,played on a Friday,the weather wasen,t great but we literally had the course to ourselves.As for food we had a good meal and fun time at Diggers in Riverhead

Thank you for a great place to house all my familyas we celebrated our daughters wedding.Everythingwas beautiful-and this house was a great house.We loved the "gazebo"enjoyed having my family and our "new" family sitting out there for dinners(The guys enjoyed the plazma tvs too).Will definitely be in touch for a future rental.Thanks again The Kellys
