Close to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski areas. Five miles to Kings Beach at Lake Tahoe, 11 miles to gambling at Nevada Stateline, 32 miles to shows at Reno.

We built this house hoping our family would use it a lot .Now all three kids are in their thirties and too busy earning a living to ski We live three hours drive away in San Francisco and enjoy taking care of this lovely house
