Come and enjoy waterfront living! This house is nestled in a very wooded and private peninsula which provides water views in three directions. A large deep water pier allows boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing or sunbathing in your own private waterfront retreat. Multiple decks have different water exposures and there is a large picnic table which is perfect for your own crab feast. The house has spectacular water views overlooking the Chesapeake Bay's South River.

There are three bedrooms, a pull out queen sofa bed in living room and two full bathrooms (sleeps eight comfortably). The house is newly furnished and boasts a fully equipped and renovated kitchen. There are also two gas fireplaces, a beautiful sunroom, and a lower level with pool table and bar. Amenities include a TV/VCR/DVD and a washer/dryer. All towels and linens provided. The community has tennis, basketball, children’s playground, parks and a private beach.
