Our BEAUTIFUL LUXURY spacious villa is perfect for a family vacation – only minutes from Disney’s front door! This vacation home could not be more conveniently located to all the major attractions. Our home sleeps up to 10 people, with two queen sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Our 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated to make you feel right at home. Just minutes from us are some of the best shops and restaurants in the area, with easy access to the theme parks, and Disney World just 10 minutes away.

Combine the Orange Tree facilities which are available to our guests, along with the fabulous location and this gives you;THE PERFECT VACATION BASE..

From the minute you open the door you are greeted by the attractive welcome of the villa. The spacious family room and dining area offer an ideal place to relax during the day or evening. A fully equipped entertainment centre includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD player and a sound system – so you can watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you enjoy.The family room overlooks the fabulous, sparkling swimming pool and bubbling spa. Both illuminated in the evenings. The (optionally) heated pool and spa has a child safety fence provided for your peace of mind.

There will always be plenty to do when staying in our villa, not only does the villa have a private heated pool & spa, from June 2005 it will also offer a fabulous games room. Even the “grown-up kids” will enjoy the billiard table, foosball table, electronic darts and PS2. Also available from June 2005 is a coffee table that converts to a roulette and cards table, along with games such as chess, chequers etc.,Enjoy your own private pool while the kids play in the safety of the villa’s games room.

  • Orange Tree community facilities are also available to our guests these include, tennis courts, recreation area and children’s play area. Our villa is a 10-minute drive from Walt Disney World main gates and one-minute from a brand new Super Wal-mart. Also within a 2 – 5 minute drive are other supermarkets, Winn Dixie and Publix. The pharmacy Walgreen’s is a short walk away and there are many lovely restaurants and shops on the nearby 192.. Nearby the following are available Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing, Jet Skiing.
