Our Kihei Ali'i Kai two bedroom, two bath condo is a large, 945 square foot, end unit that opens onto a lush, undeveloped tract of land affording an amazing amount of solitude. With two separate lanais, one for the main living area and one for the master suite, it is quite well designed to accommodate larger groups. This is a TRUE two bedroom, two bathroom condo with double lanai frontage and NOT merely an open loft over a one bedroom, one bathroom layout.
Our unit is in the back corner of the B building, very central to the complex and right near the pool yet far removed from the main traffic areas. Our back lanais are always a very tranquil respite from the hustle and bustle of the Kihei Riviera.
We completed a FULL renovation in January 2006 where no surface was left untouched. The entire unit was demolished and rebuilt as new, with a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, all new appliances and new fixtures. Plus, we floored the entire unit with luxurious oversized Italian porcelain tile.
Our brand new kitchen includes new maple cabinets, granite counters and sink, large refrigerator, ceramic sealed-cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, linens - everything necessary to feed your hungry hoard.
Our condo comes complete with dual A/C, ceiling fans, full-sized washer and dryer, one king size bed and one queen size bed in the bedrooms, a sofa that converts to a queen bed in the main living area, your choice of full and twin size portable mattresses, big screen TV, local phone with answering machine and a full entertainment center.
We also provide FREE BROADBAND INTERNET complete with a computer or, of course, you are welcome to use our WiFi connection if you prefer to bring your own !
Enjoy waking up in the king-size bed of your large fully tiled master suite with its own flat screen TV plus DVD/VCR, dedicated A/C unit and private lanai! The master suite has its own bath complete with custom granite walk-in shower, Kohler fixtures, granite-top vanity and even a mini-fridge.
Our spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the main bath has a granite-top vanity, Kohler fixtures, and custom-tiled walk-in shower.
As a bonus, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, a cooler and any other convenience items that we can think of are also provided.
The Kihei Ali'i Kai is in the heart of South Kihei, set back from the noise of Kihei Road, directly behind the Dolphin Plaza. A quiet four 4-story building complex, the resort is right across the street from beautiful Kama'ole Beach Park I, the largest of the three most popular swimming beaches on Maui.
Sheltered within the southwest leeward cove of Maui, the three Kamaole beaches are free of the currents, kelp, rocks and coral found elsewhere on the island making them the IDEAL swimming beaches for kids!
Plus, the three Kamaole beach parks all provide shady grass knolls with BBQ areas and picnic tables, showers, restrooms, lifeguards and even a beach volleyball court. Indeed, swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking, snorkeling and SCUBA are popular here all year round.
The Kihei Ali'i Kai has a nice large pool, spa and even tennis courts. Plus you can't beat the easy walking access to shops, restaurants and beach activities right next door.
When you do want to explore, the Wailea resorts, world-class golf, the Pacific Whale Foundation and the new Kihei Aquatic Center, with two Olympic-sized pools plus a kiddie pool, are all less than a ten-minute drive away. |
