Our family of 5 (including 3 teen girls) just returned from our dream Florida vacation. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was as described and the place was absolutely SPOTLESS! The townhouse is so well stocked that we were able to cook whatever we wished. And, with three teens in tow the wireless worked beautifully which was a must in the evenings! I always look for a great deal and this is definitely it. It is cheaper than a hotel, cleaner than a hotel, and much more roomy than a hotel (trust me - the five of us spent last night in one hotel room and if our whole vacation had have been like that I'm not sure any of us would have survived). We didn't have time to check out all of the amenities but we did LOVE the pool. Big thanks to Debbie and Jeff for maintaining their townhome to such a high standard and for being there to answer any questions. Also thank you to Noel and Mary in Florida who obviously care about the place as if it were their own. We hope to return in the future and will be recommending your place to all of our friends! To those that are seeking a a great place to stay for a reasonable price this could be what you are looking for !!! It certainly met our needs. The location , just off 192, close enough for Disney patrons and great for shopping and restaurants too. The townhouse had decor like it was from "House and Home" but a very comfortable feel as well. Certainly a warm and welcoming place ! It was outfitted with all the necessities that one needed. To say the unit was clean was an understatement. Our first experience using vrbo in Florida and renting from Debbie and Jeff was tops ! Thanks again to you both !! We arrived at this condo to spend a week of our vacation as a family in Flordia.It was everything the pictures posted said it was.The owner thought of everything that a person would need to know about the surrounding area and what was available near the condo.The place was a well put together vacation home with carefull detail to what one would need while on holidays away from home.The area was beautiful and we could not wait to get home in the late evenings while on vacation to relax in the surroundings of this great condo.The kanyers were great to do business with.Would return again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The townhouse is as beautiful as the pictures. We were very happy with how clean and well maintained everything was. This was our first time renting a house, so we were a little worried about how it might be. When we got there we were happy because everything was just great. The owners Debbie and Jeff thought of everything, the house was well stocked with extra towels and sheets and things like that. We were also very happy because we were able to bring our 15lb. dog with us. Debbie was very helpful in answering all my questions. Even though we were there during Tropical Storm Debbie, it was nice to have a townhouse to come home to instead of a hotel room. I would highly recommend this townhouse to my family and friends. It was a short drive to the Disney attractions.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed at the condo for a long weekend right before a business meeting with 2 of my colleagues. The condo was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable relaxing weekend! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with our books during the day and being close enough to the Orlando attractions to go out in the evening. We stayed 1 week at this comfortable and well equipped 3-bedrooms townhouse with washer and dryer. We appreciated the ease to contact Debbie during the rental process. Thanks to her, our stay was the most enjoyable. We recommend this townhouse and would not hesitate to rent it again. We chose Venetian Bay Villages for the second year as this complex is secure and clean with friendly security staff that are available 24 hours. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We felt safe at all times especially while walking around the complex. . It's ideal location makes it easy to get around and within short distance to shopping, restaurants, Disney, Seaworld, etc.. Thank you so much Debbie. We just spent one month in Debbie's condo and enjoyed every minute of it. We were impressed with the cleanliness and all around comfort. All new appliances and new carpeting throughout were ideal, best condo we've rented in Florida. Being close to all shopping and theme parks made Venetian Bay an ideal location for us. Thanks to Debbie for the use of her home and for all communications which made it an easy rental.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here for 2 weeks to get away from the cold Chicago winter. We loved the home, it was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. I would recommend anyone staying here! Debbie is so easy to work with and was accessible for any questions we had. About the owner: We are Jeff and Debbie - thank you for considering our home for your Florida getaway! We live in the Seattle area, have three grown children (and a wonderful son-in-law), all of whom live and work in different cities across the country. That makes our little Florida place the perfect (sunny) rendezvous spot!:)
Why the Owner Chose Venetian Bay Villages:
We fell in love with Florida while traveling to watch our oldest daughter compete in a college softball tournament. The team, coaches, and parents all rented townhomes in a similar community to Venetian Bay. We had so much fun ... the weather was fantastic, and the convenience of staying in a 'home' rather than a 'room' was just amazing. After returning to cold, soggy Seattle... we decided it would be wonderful to purchase our own little place in the SUN!
