Perfect Home away from home

I stayed at the condo for a long weekend right before a business meeting with 2 of my colleagues. The condo was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable relaxing weekend! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with our books during the day and being close enough to the Orlando attractions to go out in the evening. We felt very much at home and hope to stay again the next time we are in town!

We just spent one month in Debbie's condo and enjoyed every minute of it. We were impressed with the cleanliness and all around comfort. All new appliances and new carpeting throughout were ideal, best condo we've rented in Florida. Being close to all shopping and theme parks made Venetian Bay an ideal location for us. Thanks to Debbie for the use of her home and for all communications which made it an easy rental.

We stayed here for 2 weeks to get away from the cold Chicago winter. We loved the home, it was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. I would recommend anyone staying here! Debbie is so easy to work with and was accessible for any questions we had. This made for an extremely enjoyable vacation!

Great Stay at Venetian Bay Villages

We stayed 1 week at this comfortable and well equipped 3-bedrooms townhouse with washer and dryer. We appreciated the ease to contact Debbie during the rental process. Thanks to her, our stay was the most enjoyable. We recommend this townhouse and would not hesitate to rent it again. We chose Venetian Bay Villages for the second year as this complex is secure and clean with friendly security staff that are available 24 hours. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We felt safe at all times especially while walking around the complex. . It's ideal location makes it easy to get around and within short distance to shopping, restaurants, Disney, Seaworld, etc.. Thank you so much Debbie. The Staff at the gate should also be congratulated for the special attention given to all renters,,

This townhouse was absolutely wonderful, even more than we anticipated! Our family spent seven nights at the townhouse. The location was so close to the airport and to Disney. Which was perfect. Our young children loved the heated pool and they loved their bedroom at the townhouse. It was so nice to have a pack n play and high chair being that we have a two year old. The amenities their were awesome. Everything you need to make you feel like you are at home. We loved that. It was nice after spending a whole day at Disney World to come back to a peaceful townhouse, instead of a busy hotel. I have already highly recommended this townhouse to my friends. Debbie and Jeff are very easy to communicate with. They were always available when we had any questions. Thanks Jeff and Debbie for a WONDERFUL PLACE to vacation

Missouri Grandma

I spent over two weeks in this beautiful condo while visiting my daughter and new grandbaby. It was so warm and comfortable, having all the luxuries of home. The grounds are well kept and the guards at the front gate never failed to step out of the guard house for a quick wave! My only suggestion would be to put a king sized bed in the main level master bedroom....it certainly has the space for one! Thank You for sharing your gorgeous condo with me!

Wonderful place to stay! We went for a girls weekend and it was in a perfect location; very close to downtown Orlando and all of the parks. It is in a very secure and safe location; perfect for families and small children. The condo itself is very clean, spacious, and beautifully put together. The staff is accomodating and very friendly. We had such a great time! We can't wait to go back!!

We own a timeshare and have stayed in many nice places, some just okay. I have to say this was probably the nicest and best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. VERY CLEAN. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The decor was very pleasing to the eye, exactly like the pictures. We had 3 teenage boys with us and the bedroom situation was just perfect. They had their space and we had ours. It was about 15 minutes to Disney World. A straight easy shot using the toll road. The toll was the only real drawback since we spent each day at Disney World. I'm sure there was another way but this was easiest and I'm sure quickest. The advantage is it was away from the congestion right outside of Disney property. There was Publix nearby and although we did not go shopping, there was a shopping plaza nearby. Debbie was very nice to deal with and I feel would have done whatever it took to make our stay pleasant. Thanks Debbie and Jeff for a great experience!

Truly a home away from home. Very very clean and all the amenities included in the unit and in the compound itself. My wife and 2 younger ones were really comfortable staying there. Great condo!! It felt like our own home. Comfortable, clean, clean, clean. Completely stocked and then some. Safe and secure. Great community! We couldn't ask for more helpful and friendly people to deal with, from Debbie and Jeff to the management company to the Venetian Bay staff. We lived in neighboring St Cloud, FL for six years. Since we have family in the area, we will be staying at Debbie and Jeff's condo from now on. We have tried lots of hotels in the area, even the extended-stay kind with kitchenettes. None of those, expensive or inexpensive, remotely compare to the value, comfort, convenience and luxury of this condo. Don't even look at hotels--many of the cheaper ones in Kissimmee have long term residents who would otherwise be homeless--definitely not the place for kids... You really don't know what you're getting until you get there, then it's too late. The website pictures of this condo and the community represent EXACTLY what you get. The only regret we have is that we couldn't just move in and stay forever!! Debbie and Jeff's condo and Venetian Bay are the ONLY way to go!!

We just returned home from two weeks in this gorgeous condo and couldn't have been happier. After renting houses in Orlando for four years, it was the cleanest and most nicely decorated home yet. We stayed 8 nights in this lovely condo. Very convenient to all the local attractions, shopping and eating establishments. Venetian Bay Villages is a very nice gated community with a fantastic pool (large one at main clubhouse) and several others in the community. Don't be worried about security--the guards are out and about 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The condo is beautifully decorated, with all the items you need to make you feel right at home. Your townhome is just great while both the complex and the staff couldn't have been better. Most vacation rentals have the basics on hand but there were several occasions where we were quite surprised to find what we were looking for without having to run to WalMart or the like to get it. We had a wonderful fun filled week in Orlando. The condo was perfect. We have a daughter in a wheelchair and found the condo and pool area to be very accessible. We never had to contact Debbie because the condo has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed returning from the parks to such a beautiful place and the jetted tub was very relaxing after walking all day. The pool area is really nice for all ages, with plenty of lounge chairs. The kids loved the game room and my husband & I took advantage of the gym and walking trails. I can't say enough about this place and we will definently rent from Debbie & Jeff again.

We have been renting from Debbie for the past three years and we have never been disappointed in the unit. It has always been spotless, and always has everything we need. It is so well decorated, we feel we are in a showhouse. Debbie has always been super to deal with. Our children and grandchildren have visited and were thrilled at the space they had. It is so close to everything, shopping, Disney World, flea markets, and many small towns that are of interest to vacationers. We were so lucky and blessed to find such a wonderful place to spend our holidays this year. At the last minute we were able to book this home away from home for the Christmas/New Year and had the best time. My husband has not had a vacation at Christmas in over 22 years (He works retail) and this year he was able to be off at the last minute and we decided to drive to Orland to visit relatives and take in the parks. We loved the privacy and home feeling this townhouse gave us. It was easy to find and easy to get everywhere from it. I would suggest it to anyone!!

This townhouse was exceptional. Very clean, modern, what you see in pictures is exactly what you get. The only thing missing are the people staying at the townhouse. It was perfect. My family (grandkids as well as 2 geriatric yorkies) stayed here and we simply didn't have anything bad to say. It surpassed our expectactions and we have recommended it to friends and I know that we will be back. Debbie was wonderful. She was willing to work with me when it came to my 2 little old dogs and for that I simply cannot thank her enough. Good luck Debbie and to anyone considering it-YOU WILL HAVE NO REGRETS.

We have been traveling to Florida for a few years now, and finaly found a gorgeous spot. PET FRIENDLY, CLEAN inside and out, friendly and helpful staff in the complex. Decorated to the nines......not a thing missing just get yourself there and you're good to go 4 pools in the complex one is heated......Disney 5 minutes and loved the shopping toooooo. Loved it....
