Our quiet, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located in the beautiful, new Regal Palms Resort. It has a covered entrance porch, entrance hall, living room, dining area, separate downstairs bathroom, and fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are two master bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed) and one twin bedroom with two large single beds. The two master bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with soaking tubs. The downstairs bedroom has its own full bath with a private outside entrance.
It is located 12 minutes from Disney World. It has a private gated entrance. It also has a two and one half acre tropical swimming pool complex with two heated pools, water slide, jacuzzi/spa, lazy river, waterfall, barbecue area, and sun bathing terraces. There is shuttle service to and from airport and all major attractions.
In the clubhouse there is a large sports bar, a pool side "tiki" bar, restaurant, children's game room, internet access, fitness center, and sauna. There is a 24 hour check in onsite. Regal Palms is a gated, private community with an electronic key entry system. The facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests only
and not open to the public.
Within five minutes there is a Publix Supermarket, Wal-Mart, various restaurants, and other shopping. Across the street you can find Highlands Reserve Golf Course and seven minutes away is Greg Norman's world acclaimed, Champions Gate, 36-hole, award-winning, golf course.
This townhome features: three cable televisions, CD stereo, Telephone, Air Conditioning, Full Kitchen, Electric Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Built-in-Sink Waste Disposal Unit, Coffeemaker, Four Slice Toaster, Electric Can Opener, Cooking Utensils, Pots and Pans, Cutlery, Glasses, Linens and Towels supplied, Dinnerware, Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
