Our townhouse is within a short walk to a nature lovers paradise - a 27 acre park which is well maintained and beaming with birds and other wildlife of the area with enchanting boardwalks through the mangroves and ample resting areas overlooking breathtaking Sarasota Bay.
Our guests have caught several kinds of game fish in our canal which was dredged only last year. Our smoke-free home is a very special place reserved for only a few. Make your reservation early as some of our guests are already booked for next year...

December 15-31, $795 per week, or $1200 for two weeks.
January 2010 through April $2895.00 per mo.
May 1 to Dec 31, 2010, $645.00 per week, $1995.00 per month
10.5% tax required by state law.
$100.00 cleaning fee. $300/damage deposit returned on departure day
50% Deposit to hold 90+ days in advance. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
