The unique design of the Sorrell Carriage House makes it one of Rosemary Beach’s finest. Located just 5 homes from the white sandy beach and emerald green Gulf of Mexico, this large 628 sq ft carriage home sleeps 4 people and is close to the Coquina Pool as well. You will also be able to have access to all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts (add'l fee), fitness center (add'l fee), spa (add'l fee), playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.
Details: Located above the garage, the carriage house’s fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a sink, frig with icemaker, electric range, dishwasher and microwave. Café table seating in the kitchen accommodates 4. Living area has a sofa, coffee table, side chair, 2 side tables, 3 lamps, 2 tall life guard style chairs, armoire with LCD TV, DVD and stereo with CD player. The full bathroom has a vanity sink and a walk-in shower. Built-in twin bunk beds in a nook under the stairs. Climb the alternating staircase to the sleeping loft (this staircase is steep and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues). This area overlooks the living room and is furnished with a Queen bed, bedside shelves, built-in dresser drawers, closet, LCD TV and plush side chair.
Outside: Quiet courtyard (shared with main house) has fountain and bench seat. Follow the nearby boardwalk to the beach just 135 walking steps away. Garage with space to park one car (the other side has owner storage items) and has the washer/dryer inside.
Sorrell Cottage (the main house) is rented separately and can be combined with the carriage house to create a family retreat with a total sleeping capacity of 14 people.

Wow, what an amazing week we had! This has been the best vacation we've ever had--we are officially in love with Rosemary Beach and plan to come twice a year and hopefully buy a home one day.
