Elegant 1 bedroom, 1 bath carriage house sleeps up to 4 people. Newly redecorated, this 492 sq ft carriage house is inviting and relaxing. On the Gulf side of Rosemary Beach, just 165 walking steps to the beach, two houses away from the Coquina pool and convenient to town center.
Rosemary Beach has 4 private heated pools, tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.
Kitchen and living area are separated from the sleeping area by a large armoire for privacy. Queen bed is surrounded by built-in shelving, bedside lamps and storage drawers for convenience. LCD TV and DVD in armoire spins a full 180° to accommodate living area viewing or sleeping area viewing. Living area outfitted with queen sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs and coffee table. Fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, ½ size frig with icemaker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dining table with four chairs, and ample cabinet space. Bath has shower and granite topped vanity sink. Stackable washer/dryer is inside the carriage house for convenience. Wireless internet.
Beginning in 2013, guests will no longer have access to the garage below After Taxes Carriage House. Gas grill in courtyard shared with main house.

Wow, what an amazing week we had! This has been the best vacation we've ever had--we are officially in love with Rosemary Beach and plan to come twice a year and hopefully buy a home one day.
