Sunburst Beach Vacations manages 5 different carriage homes in the heart of Rosemary Beach. They are the Nageotte, Carnrite, Duggan, 2 the Beach and Zoe Carriage Houses. All are well appointed; 4 of them sleep 2 in a bed, plus 2 additional guests in a sleeper sofa, while Zoe is built for 2-3 people and is priced slightly less than the other 4. The Nageotte, Carnrite and Duggan Carriage Houses are on the south side, while 2 The Beach and Zoe Carriage Houses are north of 30-A near the town center. All of them except Zoe can be rented with the main house (when both are available) for larger parties. Summer weekly rates range from $1250 (Nageotte)to $1000 (Carnrite, Duggan and 2 the Beach)to $900 (Zoe).
Rosemary Beach has 4 pools (1 heated), tennis courts (add'l fee), fitness center (add'l fee), private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf and many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

Nageotte Carriage House – 92B Rosemary Ave, Rosemary Beach, FL
The unique design of the Nageotte Carriage House makes it one of Rosemary Beach’s finest. Situated on a quiet boardwalk just 4 homes from the white sandy beach and emerald green Gulf of Mexico, this large 684 sq ft carriage home sleeps 4 people and is close to the Coquina Pool as well.
Details: Located above the garage, the fully stocked kitchen in the carriage house is equipped with a deep sink, fridge, electric range, dishwasher and microwave. Adorable built-in booth seating in the kitchen accommodates 4. Three barstools add to your dining options. Large living area has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, banquet table, 2 side chairs, 2 side tables, 3 lamps, armoire with TV/VCR and stereo. The full bathroom has a vanity sink and a walk-in shower. Climb the alternating staircase to the sleeping loft. The Zoe Carriage House offers a large deck with a metal table and two chairs plus 2 comfortable Adirondack chairs all overlooking Rosemary’s unique architecture. Additionally, there is garage parking for one car and a stackable washer and dryer.
Large King bed is flanked by two bedside tables with individual lamps, plus a ceiling fan. Separate bath with a shower. Sized for just a couple and a small child, the carriage house features a comfortable oversized chair which folds out to a twin bed for a child, hardwood floors, TV, DVD player and stereo/CD player. Efficiency kitchen with mini refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink. Beautiful blue quartz countertops.
