All are well appointed; 3 of them sleep 2 in a bed, plus 2 additional guests in a sleeper sofa, while Zoe is built for 2 people and is priced slightly less than the other 3.
Rosemary Beach has 4 pools (1 heated), tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf and many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

Kitchen and living area are separated from the sleeping area by a large armoire for privacy. Plush queen bed is surrounded by built-in shelving and storage drawers for convenience. TV, DVD and VCR in armoire spins a full 180° to accommodate living area viewing or sleeping area viewing. Living area outfitted with queen sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs and festive beach art. Fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, ½ size frig with icemaker, dishwasher, range, microwave, tall table with four stools, and ample cabinet space. Beautiful queen bedroom with ceiling fan and large bath with a garden tub/shower and marble vanity sink counter. The Zoe Carriage House offers a large deck with a metal table and two chairs plus 2 comfortable Adirondack chairs all overlooking Rosemary’s unique architecture. Additionally, there is garage parking for one car and a stackable washer and dryer.
Large King bed is flanked by two bedside tables with individual lamps, plus a ceiling fan. Separate bath with a shower. Sized for just a couple, the carriage house features a comfortable love seat, hardwood floors, TV, DVD player and stereo/CD player. Efficiency kitchen with mini refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink. Beautiful blue quartz countertops. Café table with 2 chairs make for a perfect place to have breakfast or lunch.
