"Seas the Day" is a great home away from home, located in Summer's Edge, South of 30-A.
Summer's Edge is a very family friendly neighborhood offering you and your family a safe and clean environment and "Seas the Day" sits right in the heart of it. The home's proximity to the beach and both pools is going to be tough to beat.
Not only does it have great views of the water and sand, but it makes it extremely convenient for hauling kids, strollers, beach chairs and whatever else you like to bring to the beach. You won't need a golf cart, you won't need a wagon, you are right there.
1st Floor:
There are two large bedrooms on the first floor and a large full bathroom. One room has a king-size bed and the other has a full as well as a set of bunks.
2nd Floor:
The kitchen and living room share a large open space on this level. Also included is access to one of the balconies, large dining area, and a convenient powder room.
3rd Floor:
The Master Suite is located on the 3rd level. It has it's own private balcony with an incredible view. The master bath is very well appointed with an oversized shower and whirlpool tub. The "kid favorite" bunk room is also on this level. This is a great place for kids to be together. My family loves this space and the kids feel like it's a slumber party every night. There are 5 beds in the bunk room and it's own tv.

What a great home to spend a vacation. The home was very clean and all essentials we needed immediately such as dish soap, towel, garbage bags and bath accessories were available. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean and sunset. We spend every evening on the beach wataching the sunset. The home has a gas grill which we cooked on several nights and is convenient to great restaurants. Our experience was wonderful and hope to return as often as possible.

I would highly recommend the Seas the day house for a family vacation rental. The house is in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and pools - and has a nice view of the ocean. Seaside shops and restaurants are walkable or a short drive. Everything in the house was in good working order and it is very clean and neat. We had two families and the house layout is perfect for accommodating adults and kids. We will definitely rent this house again would highly recommend it to our friends. Also, the owner was very friendly and was very quick to respond to our inquiry to rent. I couldn't ask for a better overall experience.

Without a doubt this was the best location! We were just steps away from the beach! House layout was awesome!! Perfect layout for two families!! The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids!! We loved that our teenagers could walk to beach shops, restaurants! Two pools was awesome!! The location felt so safe!! The kitchen had everything we needed for meals we wanted to prepare - & the grill was great to be able to grill & head out to the beach!! We loved that you could seat over 12 people for meals & even to hang out and watch a movie at night!!! The house had all the ammenities we could ask for!!! The location was unbelieveable - minutes to Sea Side area with restaurants, cute shops, outdoor movies, concerts!! It was awesome!! We also made it into San Destin & Destin a couple of nights - both are less then 30 minutes!! We cannot wait to rent this house again next year and would highly recommend it!! The owner gave incredible customer service & exceeded all our expectations!!!

We recently stayed at "Seas the Day" and had a fantastic vacation. The house was a huge part of it. It's so close to the beach and both pools that it spoiled us because we could back and forth so quickly. This house was impeccably clean and decorated better than any house we've ever rented. I wish I could have that master bath at my own house. The owner called and checked on us during our stay, we really appreciated his concern that we were satisfied.

The freezer would not freeze and took forever to make ice. Downstairs shower would not turn off, someone came to fix it enough to get us through. Someone also had to bring us a broom, there was not one in the unit. Master bed was very creaky(very loud when getting in and out of bed). The owner provided very good customer service and the unit was very well cleaned. I would recommend to a friend.

I'm very sorry about the ice maker, as we try to keep everyone 100% satisfied.
