"Seas the Day" is in the much sought after neighborhood of Summer's Edge which is south of 30-A and adjoins Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach. The home is on the beach front drive about 25 yards from the sand. Besides the great views, this makes it extremely convenient for hauling kids, strollers, beach chairs and whatever else you like to bring to the beach.
The house is situated perfectly between both pools in Summer's Edge. The proximity to both pools and the beach is going to be tough to beat. You won't need a golf cart, you won't need a wagon, you are right there.
1st Floor:
There are two large bedrooms on the first floor and a large full bathroom. One room has a king-size bed and the other has a queen as well as a set of bunks.
2nd Floor:
The kitchen and living room share a large open space on this level. Also included is access to one of the balconies, large dining area, and a convenient powder room.
3rd Floor:
The Master Suite is located on the 3rd level. It has it's own private balcony with an incredible view. The master bath is very well appointed with an oversized shower and whirlpool tub. The "kid favorite" bunk room is also on this floor. Kids can hang out on bean bag chairs with their own tv. Bunk room can sleep 5-6.
