Spectacular sunrise viewing. This cozy cottage is situated in woodsy setting on Sunset Point between Pine Lakes #1 and #2. During the summer, relax with the family and grill outside on the deck, enjoy shade of the trees, soak up the sun on the sandy beach while the kids swim, or take a pontoon boat cruise on the lake. During the winter enjoy winter activities on the lakes or at nearby skiing, snowmobiling and tobogganing facilities. Good fishing year round.

The 1560 Sq. Ft. Cottage has four bedrooms, master bedroom has double bed and connects to a full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third has a bunk bed with full bottom bunk & twin top bunk.. The front bedroom has a day bed with pullout trundle and in addition, the living room couch has a full bed pullout. Cottage amenities include a second full bath, laundry facilities, full kitchen, , large living room, dining room with sliding glass door connecting to the deck, a finished carpeted attic children’s play area, and private parking for three cars. The large deck has an easterly exposure for spectacular sunrise viewing.

Pine Lake is a chain of four lakes connected by channels with a combined surface area of 660 acres. The lakes are well suited for swimming, boating, fishing, and more. Pine Lake is located approximately 15-minutes from Plainwell and 30-minutes from Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids where day outings to shopping, restaurants, museums, cinemas, parks, summer/ winter sports and recreational facilities (including the KalHaven Trail) can be enjoyed. There is a marina conveniently located at the end of the street for easy launching of your boat.
This is a smoke free and animal free cottage.
