Easy access to the Salt Lake City airport and all the local ski areas makes this a perfect location. A free shuttle is available for the trip to Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons ski areas which are all within 10 minutes. Alta, Snow Bird, Solitude, and Brighton located in the Big and Little Cottonwood canyons are within 45 minutes. Powder Mountain and Snow Basin located near Ogden are an hour to the north.
The condo offers a spacious layout with vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom and living room. You will feel at home with the new decor and furnishings. The layout is family-friendly with two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private full bathroom and large closet. The spacious master bedroom has a new king bed, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom that has a jetted tub with separate shower. The second bedroom offers a pine bunk bed(twin top, full bottom) with a private full bathroom. The laundry room with a full size washer/dryer is located on the upper level for your convenience as well.
Downstairs is the comfortable living room with a brand new full sofa sleeper and loveseat, gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD/VCR, and half-bathroom. The dining area and breakfast bar lead to the fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, pine cabinets, and slate flooring. The two-car attached garage offers plenty of space for your car and additional equipment.

Year Purchased: 2004
We bought our townhome in 2004 with the hope of moving out to Park City. To our delight, our family grew quickly and we elected to stay in Minnesota to be close to family and friends. We have 4 childredn ages 10, 5, 4, and 20 months! We miss our frequent visits to the slopes but hope with time our children will take up skiing allowing us to visit Park City more often. In the mean time we hope your family/friends create many fond vacation memories in our cozy retreat!
