The I-17 freeway, just one mile away, gives you access to anywhere in the valley in just 25 minutes. The Barrett-Jackson car auction (January), FBR Open (February), NASCAR (April), Major League Spring Training (March) are all events to come out and see. Bank One Ballpark (Home of the World Champion Arizona Diamondbacks), Glendale Coyote Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, and Future Site of the Cardinal Stadium are all just 15 minutes away.

Symphony Hall, Orpheum, and Herberger Theatres downtown and Grady Gammage Theatre in Tempe afford superb live entertainment. Three Multiplex Theatres are within five to fifteen minutes. One-hundred-forty-four golf courses in area and 20 minutes to the airport make it an ideal location.

  • Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon just 2 hours north, then drive on up to the Grand Canyon one extra hour for a sight beyond belief, Five Lakes in the area make for fabulous water sports and Jerome & Prescott make for great museums and historic excursions, One Week Minimum Stay, Security/reservation deposit of $500 is required at time of reservation. A cleaning fee of $75 is required and non-refundable, 50% of the rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival + an addt'l $250 added to the refundable deposit if there are no damages to unit and deposit refunded 5 days after vacate. Final 50% is due 15 days before arrival. All deposits/payments non-refundable on a cancellation unless 30-day notice is given or unit able to be re-rented prior to move-in date.
