"Our Pleasure" is the name of this well-equipped and beautiful condominium. The duplex is modern and bright and with its spacious and airy, yet cozy feel, this beach house will feel like home. This immaculately clean, three-level duplex has four large bedrooms and is large enough for two families to easily share. The main floor has a full kitchen and a half bath. There is a large dining area and a larger more spacious living room area which is adjacent to the comfortable kitchen.
The two spacious master bedrooms on the second floor have their own full baths. One has a king size bed and the other has three twin beds. The third floor has two bedrooms with a full bath between them. One third floor bedroom has three twin beds and the other has two twin beds.
There are two decks on the main level, a deck off the front master bedroom and one deck off of the rear third floor bedroom. There is an outside shower and a separate foot wash. There is parking under the carport for one car and room in the paved driveway for four more cars. Matt's Fish Camp, a new seafood restaurant is on the corner by Rte 1.
Less than 50 steps to the beach, this condo puts you right where you want to be. If you really want your vacation to be at a beautiful, uncrowded beach with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid back atmosphere, stay at Our Pleasure.

- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : I am sorry that we can't have pets. Some of my renters are allergic, so I have never allowed any animals in my unit. There are kennels located in Bethany that my renters have used.
- Kid Friendly : Large open spaces and lots of space in the bedrooms makes this unit totally kid friendly. Kids (and adults) also like the extremely short walk to the beach.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : I really want families to enjoy my unit. Working adults in their mid 20's who need a getaway are always welcome! Recent graduates of high school will be able to rent if I speak with all their parents, they agree that I will visit them twice a day and pay a $200 security deposit/person.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Sorry, no smoking is allowed for the same reason as no pets allowed. Some of my renters are highly allergic. I make no exceptions for this rule.

Why the Owner Chose Tower Shores
Bethany Beach is family friendly and beautiful! My three children have grown up enjoying the beach and have wonderful beach memories. Our beach is not crowded and we are close enough to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Funland in Rehoboth.

We are 50 steps from the beach. Our unit is spacious, well maintained, bright and open. We have four comfortable decks to enjoy. We have parking for 5 cars.

This was an amazing place for the weekend. It was right by the beach. When the weather got cloudy and began to rain there were nice porches to relax on. a huge kitchen for cooking with a large area for relaxing. I had 13 guys there for a bachelor party and everyone fit comfortably. Plus the owner was a huge help in planning and assisting us when we needed it. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.

For the second year in a row, a group of my friends and I (all 30-ish professionals) enjoyed a long holiday weekend here. The house is less than half a block to the beach and stocked with beach chairs, so it was easy for any of us to wander over to the beach whenever we liked, alone or in groups, and it didn't have to be a big production. We enjoyed the beautiful weather on the house's four decks (some sunny, some shaded, some breezy, some on the lee side), as well as the easy access to the network of bike routes (half a block away) and the convenient-for-bikes storage room. The house is in a quiet area a couple miles north of the Bethany Beach town center---that was perfect for us, because we had a blast cooking and grilling at the house. Several members of our group never left the vicinity of the house & beach, nor did they want to. It was extremely low-key and relaxing, and I think we all got a chance to catch up on our reading. A typical day: coffee on the deck, biking in the morning, afternoon at the beach, cocktail hour, grilling dinner, then games and drinks on the decks. The house made it easy to do all of that! The seven of us fit comfortably into the 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the house was clean and as advertised. I would say that the house actually feels more open and airy than the photos indicate---we got a great cross-breeze. Because the owner was very flexible with regard to check-in and check-out times, we were able to leave after the worst of the holiday beach traffic. All in all, we thought that the house worked very well for us, and we had a great time. Well enough that we came back for a second year! We highly recommend it!

My family spent a wonderful week in this comfortable beach house with every amenity we needed and more. We've never stayed in such a clean house. We especially enjoyed the decks, both sunny and shaded and the bright interiors. The wide beach is less than half a block away. Tower Shores is a quiet community; the opening of Matt's Fish Camp at the end of the street is a delicious addition. The owner was friendly and easy to work with. We recommend it highly and hope to return ourselves!

We really liked this house. It is very spacious and worked well for our family that included toddlers, teens, baby-boomers and an 82 year-old. The house is clean and has a great layout for allowing everyone their own space. It is a short walk to the beach and playground. We've stayed at 4 other properties in the Tower Shores development and this was definitely one of our favorites. The house does have three full flights of stairs which my dad did manage, but could be difficult for someone with mobility concerns.

Most homes in this neighborhood have 3 floors and the third floor is great for kids. I would suggest anyone with mobility problems to be on the 2nd floor! The 50 steps to the beach is wonderful for everyone.

House was immaculate, bright, spacious and comfortable. So much room for all of us to be together and have our own space too. Steps from the beach made our frequent visits back to the house extremely convenient. Loved the decks, parking for 6, generosity and friendliness of the owners. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We will be back!

This home was our best rental ever. We had lots of room and everything we needed. The beach was not crowded and we were able to play volley ball using the net at the beach. Loved all the balconies,outside shower and multiple baths. This is one for our short list!

This waas our first stay at "Our Pleasure", but I have a hunch it won't be our last. The accomodations were first rate. We were impressed by the spaciousness of the house, and I was even more impressed by the cleanliness. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Help! I brought my extended family here for a visit and nobody wants to leave! The only way I can afford to stay is by lifeguarding at the beach. But, after a 30 year hiatus, the old muscles don't respond the same way. What should I do? In all seriousness - we had a fabulous week here. Thank you!
