One bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. The other bedroom has two twin size beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. Another full bath is in the hallway between the second bedroom and the owners closet.
The closet is large and available for your use for extra storage. The main living area has a new loveseat and sleep sofa. The wall unit in the living room has a TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The whole condo has new carpeting and a new air conditioner.
There is an extra large deck out back with a peaceful, wooded view and plenty of deck furniture to relax on. The shuttle to the beach is nearby, as are pools and the fitness center. We have only had happy renters!
Very short walk or bike to the beach- or catch the shuttle. With 1\2 mile private beach, 5 oceanfront pools, and 5 outdoor pools on the "tennis side" of the community, two indoor pools- not to mention 30 outdoor tennis courts, and 4 indoor courts, you will have a wondeful vacation. $35 Recreation fee required for anyone who has reached the age of 4. **fee is lower in the spring and fall** We will be happy to pick up your passes for you in advance and deliver them to you with your keys in season. Off season, it depends on our schedule. If we can, we will.

- Shuttle close by or a 5 minute walk to the beach, Recycling Now Available at Sea Colony Two new recycle bins were placed in Sea Colony during the winter. The bins accept "single stream" recyclables, which means cardboard, cans, glass, mixed paper and plastic do not have to be separated. There is a bin located by the tennis courts near Annapolis House on the east, and by the tennis courts and the West Lake playground on the west.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our two bedroom, two bath unit is well maintained and has all the amenities you need to make your vacation stay at Sea Colony easy and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach, but the shuttle is close by. The deck is very large and has a nice view of the woods.

My wife, my 2 children and I had a great vacation at Sea Colony, A truly first class vacation experience. Nancy met us with our activity passes and all kinds of information and brouchures that made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. God willing, we will be returning next year. We had a wonderful time for the past 4 years and just booked our vacation for this summer. The location is ideal, the renovation is lovely, the unit is kept well maintained and immaculate. The photos and description of the unit is accurately portrayed on the website. It is even nicer in person. We love the family atmosphere of the West side of Sea Colony. We also love the Friday to Friday rental. We travel from Michigan and we don't need our trip to be any longer than necessary! Nancy is so sweet and helpful always. She is available for questions before our vacation and while we are there. We always eat a few dinners in the unit and the kitchen has everything we needed. We usually walked to the beach, but the shuttle is very convenient too. Sometimes, we took the shuttle home. We love the beach and the pools. We can't say enough positive things about sea colony, this unit and the owners. I recommend this property to everyone I know who wants a great, relaxing vacation at a beautiful property.

So close to the beach. We usually walked. Everything you can imagine you would ever need in the kitchen. Immaculate! Plenty of room, comfortable beds. Nancy was so friendly and helpful. We will rent again!

This condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities at Sea Colony were amazing. We would have needed more days to fit in all the available activities. It was awesome. We enjoyed our time and our kids didn't want to go home. They especially enjoyed the Pooh videos at the house. Thanks for all the special touches that helped to make this a true "home away from home." Your attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We plan to be back next year...or maybe even sooner!!
