RENT FULL OR PARTIAL WEEKS IN OCTOBER and NOVEMBER $175/night plus the cleaning fee ($90)
This lovely, second floor end unit has a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and the dining area in this tranquil Sea Colony Tennis Community condominium. The deck overlooks the lake and has a great panoramic view of whole lake. The swans and the ducks enjoy the lake too.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. The other bedroom has two twin size beds, a television set, and a VCR. The living room has a television, VCR, and a DVD player. Up above is the loft that has three twins beds with sponge bob comforters that the kids love. The dining area is large and can seat eight comfortably.
The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you could possibly need. (toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker) New carpet, linoleum, beds and comforters make this condo really nice and clean. The condominium is beautiful and bright and will be your home-away-from-home!
It is a short walk or bike to the beach- or catch the shuttle. With 1\2 mile private beach, 5 oceanfront pools, and 5 other pools on the "tennis side" of the community, not to mention 30 outdoor tennis courts, and 4 indoor courts, you will never run out of fun.
There is a mandatory $35 charge per person per week for the Sea Colony Recreation fee. It applies to everyone 4 years of age and older. **fee is lower in the spring and fall**
We will be happy to wait in line, buy your passes for you in advance and deliver them with your keys in season. Off season, it depends on our schedules. If we can, we will.
*I just started charging a security deposit a few years ago, because we had a problem with how one family left one of our units. Leave the unit in good condition and I will never charge you a security deposit again. Most people are terrific, treat the unit as their own, leave it in great condition, tell us if anything broke and that they replaced it. Accidents do happen, but one family left it so terrible that we had to help the cleaning people to get it ready for the next renters and still they had to wait. Not a good memory. * |
