WE HAVE A LOVELY TWO BEDROOM IN SEA COLONY - VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH
AND A TOWNHOUSE IN NORTH BETHANY ON THE OCEAN SIDE IN TOWER SHORES....
This lovely, first floor unit has a beautiful wooded view in this tranquil Sea Colony Tennis Community condominium. The deck is extra large.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath and a TV. The other bedroom has two twin size beds and a television set. The living room has a television, VCR, and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you could possibly need. (toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker) New carpet, cabinets, linoleum, formica beds and comforters make this condo really nice and clean. The condominium is beautiful and comfortable and will be your home-away-from-home!
The wireless internet works great in all areas of the unit. Bring your own laptop!
It is a short walk or bike to the beach- or catch the shuttle. With 1\2 mile private beach, 5 oceanfront pools, and 5 other pools on the "tennis side" of the community, not to mention 30 outdoor tennis courts, and 4 indoor courts, you will never run out of fun.
There is a mandatory $35 charge per person per week for the Sea Colony Recreation fee. It applies to everyone 4 years of age and older. **fee is lower in the spring and fall**
We will be happy to wait in line, buy your passes for you in advance and deliver them with your keys in season. Off season, it depends on our schedules. If we can, we will.

Bethany Beach is family friendly and beautiful! My three children have grown up enjoying the beach and have wonderful beach memories. We are close to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, and the Rehoboth Outlets & Funland.
