Dear Fred and Del, Vielen Dank! that means thank you in German. We found this lovely condo in the internet and we are very happy about that. We really enjoyed the time in Destin. The kids built sand castles at the white beach. We all got sunburn because we couldn't get enough of the clear water. Now it feels hot, but we will miss it in Germany. We had the most enjoyable, relaxing vacation in your beautiful town home. It ranks in the top 5 ever. We arrived early and were able to go in without complication and were awe struck at how special you made it for us, and seemed to individualize based solely on conversation. We were able to do so many things while we were there, but there is a list of things to come in future visits to this beautiful area. My daughter and I went parasailing and had the best time seeing the area from 500ft up. The sunsets are spectacular!! I never needed to buy anything extra to fix meals for my family, if I needed it, it was accessible there. Floyd's was awesome and we just want to thank you for your hospitality and making our vacation one of the best yet. God Bless you both!

we really enjoyed our time at this condo, service was great by the owners, and got deposit back vary fast , like the next week, there great people to deal with , vary pleasant dealings,

6/26/06 The condo was great. Plenty of space and sleeping room. The beach equipment, games, and DVD kept our kids happy. The decks on the lake were nice, as well as the gas grill. A TV in every bedroom was awesome. The pools and beach were fantastic. Looking forward to returning.

Fred, Just wanted to thank you and Del again for the wonderful time we had at the beach over the forth of July Holiday.There is so much to do in Destin; the kids are already looking forward to next time. I especially enjoyed the festivities on the night of the 4th. The view of the various fireworks displays was wonderful. We were able to sit downstairs at the gazebo and see the display put on by the Air Force base looking out over the water just outside.The display was accompanied by the local radio station with music choreographed to go along with the fireworks. Wow! It was great.From our vantage point we could see about 4 different displays put on by many of the local resorts.Best of all, after the fireworks were over, we didn’t have to trouble ourselves with the normal traffic jam associated with such a spectacle. We were already home.Robert and Rebecca think the best part of the 4th was the local practice of shooting fireworks off at the beach. After the major demonstrations had subsided we walked down to the beach with the fireworks we purchased locally and the kids had a great time shooting them. I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the security staff and local law enforcement on the beach during this time. Just enough presence to see things weren’t a free for all, but also not intrusive to spoil the fun. As a parent this was one concern of mine that I won’t worry too much about in the future.I addition to the time we spent in the surf at the beach, we also did many other activities. Robert and Rebecca went on the “Sky Flyer” together at the amusement park just down the street. Rebecca also went bungee jumping as well. Robert wanted to, but was still too young. This coupled with many different go-cart track and floating bumper boat activities made for quite an outing with the old man.We also spent time at the Big Kahuna water park just across the street, sliding and splashing the heat of the afternoon away.This was truly a wonderful time and on behalf of Diane and kids, thanks so much! Dear Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds .... thank you both for sharing your condo with our Family. Our week's visit was a very enjoyable visit. All the conveniences anyone would want. Close to the ocean, shops, etc. The lake was also enjoyed and used my our son. We waited every morning on our little ducks to come around so we could feed them along with the turtles and brim fishes. Rental Period: January to April 15, 2005 This is just a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely place this winter. The location within Destin is most convenient. We enjoyed being close to the ocean, for early morning & evening walks on the beach especially. Including the close proximity to the pool, shopping, fine dining, library, theatre and golf courses. We are great readers, so we appreciated good lighting and comfortable seating. We enjoyed many hours of entertainment at home due to the DVD, TV & CD stereo system. I love to cook and appreciated your well equipped kitchen. We had many a good night's sleep on the king bed. Our favourate place was spending time with friends on the wonderful deck, overlooking the lake, whether it was over a BBQ, a glass of wine, or just lounging in the sun. We feel fortunate that we found your place and look forward coming again next year. Yours truly, Ron & Kira Hadden
