This beautiful and comfortable duplex apartment is located within walking distance of all major tourism sites. With over 1,700 sq. ft. of living area, the apartment is spread over 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, living area, outside terrace and balcony. The apartment was recently modernized and has a state-of-the-art kitchen.
Our place at Liborova St. offers a spectacular view of Prague Castle and Strahov Monastery.It is located within a short walking distance of both the Castle-complex with St. Vitus' Cathedral, the parliament buildings, and the renowned 'little-quarter,' as well as the famed Charles Bridge. In addition, one can reach all the historic sites 'on-foot' in just a few minutes, or there is a tram stop approximately 150 feet from the house.
Restaurants, pubs, and sidewalk cafes are likewise everywhere in abundance, and there is no paucity of beauty or a sense of timelessness at any moment, either day or night. This combination of possibilities, the tranquil together with the historic and culturally energized, is both refreshing and rare in Prague... and I think that you will agree.

perfect location for our prague experience

4 of us comfortably stayed here in August 2011 for 4 nights. The apartment is amazing! It is a very spacious, duplex apartment with great views of prague. It even has 2 terraces, which are fantastic in the evening sunshine. It also has the added bonus of having 3 toilets which was brilliant when you have 4 people to get ready. It also has WiFi which came in really handy. The tram is right on the doorstep and runs every few minutes. It even runs through out the night which was key for us as we partied every night in prague. It is about 15 minutes or so tram ride to tourist centre of Prague. There are two little grocery shops right outside the apartment for all you basic needs. They were invaluable during our stay. Staying in this apartment will give you a real taste of Prague, instead of the sometimes overcrowded tourist areas. I would recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Prague, it is far superior to any hotel you could stay in & is a great base for sightseeing. The owner Andrea was fantastic, very professional & easy to deal with. I will stay here again if I hopefully someday get to return to Prague.

This apartment is perfectly situated. Just far enough outside New and Old Town to get great meals at a reasonable price and close enough to walk to all the sights if you are inclined. Tram service was right outside the door, local restaurant food was delicious and under $20 for two including beer! The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Thanks Andrea for making our trip so pleasant, all your advice was very helpful.

This is a beautiful, well furnished, affordable, modernized apartment with a spectacular view of the Castle. Our family of five adults fit well in the apartment. The kitchen, though small, is well stocked, and we prepared full meals. The apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood with no sign of the tourists who are so tightly packed in the Old Town. Numerous restaurants, pubs and grocers, all catering to locals, are located near the apartment. Tram 22, with stops near all of the key tourist destinations, stops three minutes from the apartment. The upper floor, with master bedroom, lounge area, and balcony offers the magnificent view. Andrea was most helpful in welcoming us, orienting us to the apartment and the neighborhood, and making arrangements for our transportation from the train station when we arrived and to the airport when we departed. Full disclosure requires noting that there is a bit of climb up a block-long hill from the tram to the apartment door, and stairs to be climbed to reach the apartment. But without the climb there would be no view. The view makes it all worthwhile. We will recommend this apartment to firends and hope to return again.

Our party of 4 enjoyed 4 nights in this lovely apartment September 20th. It was spacious, clean with large bedrooms and a wonderful terrace and view. More than enough room for all of us. The location is only a 7 minute trolley ride (#22 half a block away) into Old Town at the foot of the Charles Bridge. The restaurant next door to the apartment was incredible. Didn't bother to cook, as the food was that inexpensive and that good. Down side - no lift - not for the elderly or impaired. This apartment is as described and well-maintained. Andrea was more than helpful and accessible. I would highly recommend this apartment. Prague is a treasure city and this apartment is a perfect "home base" to take in all Prague has to offer"

Perfect location: neighborhood restaurants/pubs, grocery stores and tram stops less than half a block away. Within walking distance of many of Praha’s must-see sights, and those to which you don’t want to walk can be easily reached by tram. The apartment accommodated 3 adult couples comfortably. It’s light, airy, clean, modern and well-equipped. We were the lucky ones to have the top-floor apartment with private bath, couches and a gorgeous balcony-view of the City. Andrea is a gracious, helpful hostess. We wouldn’t hesitate to send family or friends to her door, and would stay there again should we ever return.

My family stayed here this summer and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is just two tram stops from Prague Castle and probably 10 minutes from Old Town by tram. Very easy to get around and yet quiet. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. A great bakery and also a market are at the bottom of the street and very convenient. Local restaurants within walking distance of the apartment were great and significantly cheaper than those in the main part of town. Andrea was very nice and helped arranged transportation for us. Tram tickets can be purchased at the market. The ONLY reason I rate it a good but not great is that there are 83 steps from the street to the apartment. While not an issue for my family it was a problem for my mother in law. No car is necessary.

Just returned from Prague and our stay at this appartment. Everything was perfect, discription and photos were all very accurate, the location was great, especially after we had just spent 3 nights in Old Town Square, it is so peaceful at the appartment. Transport was so easy, the tram stop is virtually around the corner. Andrea was a pleasure and the driver she had meet us was wonderful, always on time and very helpful. Andrea had arranged fresh cut flowers on our arrival for one of our special guests and they could not have been more beautiful. We will return to Prague and will stay here again for sure, thanks again Andrea, Margaret, Dianne and BJ
