This three bedroom, two bath home that accommodates eight plus guests with year round deep-water dock and over the water Gazebo is situated in one of the few undeveloped coves remaining on Lake Murray in the Prosperity, South Carolina area. It comes with a 20ft pontoon boat powered by a 50 HP motor and two smaller electric powered boats which are free for you to use. I provide a Lake Murray map for each new quest so you can use the pontoon boat to cruise up and down the lake or you can use the electric powered boats to do some excellent fishing in the cove. I also provide all the fishing gear that you will need to have an enjoyable vacation at Lake Murray. Our house is right in the middle of the Stripped Bass annual migration route.
If you enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, biking, or just relaxing and watching the abundant wildlife (Deer, Ducks, Eagles, Ospreys, Beavers, and Schooling Fish) with your favorite pets from the comfort of the all glass Florida Room, Patio, Master Bedroom Deck, or the Over The Water Gazebo, this first class and peaceful vacation home is just what you are looking for.
Or if you just want to stay inside and watch your favorite Satellite TV program or DVD our house has everything you would need to accommodate you. The house is furnished with all new appliances and linens. We have a refrigerator in the garage that is stocked with 80 lbs of ice for each new guest. The gazebo and dock have electrical outlets, ceiling fans, rod holders, and lights which are great for night fishing.
