Everyone is very friendly - so be sure to wave and say hello. This non-smoking home has three bedrooms and two baths. The new heated pool and private lanai is screened. Waterfront at the edge of mangroves and the nature preserve. Bring your boat or rent one from the local marinas. Fish from your private dock in your backyard.
There is a comfortable living and family room overlooking the natural deep canal. A big screen TV in the family room with DVD and home theater are provided, all bedrooms have additional TV´s. Ceiling fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms. All new: Appliances, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, kitchen bar with stools and phone jack for laptop.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private boat dock, relaxing by the water with beautifully landscaped and well maintained garden with huge palm trees.
Quiet and tranquil, but very convenient to shopping, restaurants and local attractions.
