The spacious and open living room is fully equipped with 52" plasma TV, DVD, and sleeper sofa.
Adjoining the living room is a large sun room with comfortable wicker furniture and views of the beautiful lagoon and private heatible pool. Master bedroom has a king size bed, wide screen TV with DVD, full bath, and overlooks the private pool and lagoon. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with DVD and half bath. Third bedroom has two twin beds and access to a full bath.
This home is situated on a quiet wooded lot in Palmetto Dunes with a private pool (can be heated for an additional fee) overlooking a fresh water lake . Palmetto Dunes is a gated community with three championship golf courses, a world class tennis facility, and the largest stretch of beach in any of the Hilton Head Plantations. We are in the preferred Mariner's section (north end) which is quieter and less crowded and it's just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach.
There is a free personal Palmetto Dunes Shuttle that will take you to the Palmetto Dunes hotspots... beach clubs, golf courses, tennis facility, restaurants, and incredible shopping at Shelter Cove.
Whether its nestling in the cozy sun room with your favorite book or waking up to the sun rising over the lagoon from the sumptuous king bed in the master bedroom, this is a great house to enjoy all the wonders of Hilton Head Island.

The house is great. It has a wonderful view of the lake with various birds. The bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than our own! Very quiet neighborhood. The only thing missing is a hot tub!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This house is a great family vacation home. I have two younger children and one with special needs who needs a calming envionment...this house was PERFECT. He loved his vacation here and actually thanked me for finding this home and area in Hilton Head where there are not tons of tourists flooding the area. I am actually writing our review while we are still on vacation as we are already looking at other dates to return. The house is decorated nicely, its clean and everything is wonderful. The outdoor area is great too and its fun to watch the nearby turtles and birds at the lagoon area. I would highly recommend this home!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We just got home from staying in this house and miss it so much already! We have stayed in bigger houses but had to downsize this year since it was a smaller group and this was one our best times!!! The house was perfect for our family of 6 plus my Mom and Dad. The backyard was just wonderful!!! The convenience of the transaction and receiving the keys early was so wonderful knowing how long the lines can be to check in on a Saturday!!!! If our group does not grow next year we will definately be back!!!! Thank you !!!!
