Welcome to 43 Full Sweep... This is our home away from home and has all the amenities you could ever wish for. The furnishings and electronics are top of the line! And the views are spectacular! Our beautiful and grand Live Oaks just exude Southern charm! Once inside the open airy feel just creates a good vibe the minute you walk in.
The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 3 stools at the counter.
This opens up to the deck which has more seating and a beautiful 100+ year old Laurel tree that provides plenty of shade and a view of the lake.
The spacious and open living room is fully equipped with 52' plasma TV, DVD, and sleeper sofa. Adjoining the living room is a large sun room with comfortable wicker furniture and views of the beautiful lagoon and private heatible pool. There is also a desk with Wifi connection should you unfortunately have to check in at the office.
The master bedroom has a high quality king size bed, wide screen TV with DVD, full bath (recently redone), and overlooks the private pool and lagoon. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with DVD and half bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to a full bath.
There is also a large laundry room - great for beach towels, golf clubs and all around stuff.
This home is situated on a quiet wooded lot in Palmetto Dunes with a private pool overlooking a fresh water lake. The bird life and turtle population is so enjoyable to observe! PD is a gated community with three championship golf courses, a world class tennis facility, and the largest stretch of beach in any of the Hilton Head Plantations. The trees, flora and fauna are what makes this destination so spectacular. We are in the preferred Mariner's section (north end) which is quieter and less crowded and it's just a 5 minute bike ride to a secluded beach. We feel fortunate that our family can enjoy this great home and I sure your family will love it too!
There is a free personal Palmetto Dunes Shuttle that will take you to the Palmetto Dunes hotspots... beach clubs, golf courses, tennis facility, restaurants, and incredible shopping at Shelter Cove. Our home is professionally managed by a top-notch local property management company that is available 24x7 to handle your needs.
Whether its nestling in the cozy sun room with your favorite book or waking up to the sun rising over the lagoon from the sumptuous king bed in the master bedroom, this is a great house to enjoy all the wonders of Hilton Head Island.

The house is great. It has a wonderful view of the lake with various birds. The bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than our own! Very quiet neighborhood. The only thing missing is a hot tub!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This house is a great family vacation home. I have two younger children and one with special needs who needs a calming envionment...this house was PERFECT. He loved his vacation here and actually thanked me for finding this home and area in Hilton Head where there are not tons of tourists flooding the area. I am actually writing our review while we are still on vacation as we are already looking at other dates to return. The house is decorated nicely, its clean and everything is wonderful. The outdoor area is great too and its fun to watch the nearby turtles and birds at the lagoon area. I would highly recommend this home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We just got home from staying in this house and miss it so much already! We have stayed in bigger houses but had to downsize this year since it was a smaller group and this was one our best times!!! The house was perfect for our family of 6 plus my Mom and Dad. The backyard was just wonderful!!! The convenience of the transaction and receiving the keys early was so wonderful knowing how long the lines can be to check in on a Saturday!!!!
