Enjoy the attached Private Marina with a dedicated 20 ft x 40 ft boat slip available only to the 36 owners and their guests. Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, and a walk on the beach all from here. Enjoy the peacefulness of this unit which is located next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Reserve.
Located at Fort Morgan, Alabama, 17 miles west of Gulf Shores, this condo is only 2 miles from historical Fort Morgan and public ferry to Daulphin Island and only minutes to Kiva Dunes Golf Course. The new Gulf Shores Yacht Club is located next door and can provide all of your dockside fuel and supplies needed.
Boat slip #8 has electrical hook-up, plus there is a fish cleaning and pump out stations in the private marina for owners and their guests. You have direct access to Mobile Bay and minutes from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico which features some of the hottest fishing spots on the Gulf Coast.

Our location is perfect for relaxing. If you need peace and quiet and plenty to do (if you want to) this is the perfect vacation spot. We love to go crabbing or just walking on the bay side. The beautiful gulf beach is within walking distance. Bring your boat, dock it in our private dock, and find out for yourself what wonderful fishing there is in Fort Morgan. Our unit is only 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

We loved this condo for several reasons! We have never stayed on the bay side before but we had so many more options. We fished off the pier and went to both beaches. This condo was also open and clutter free which made it much safer for my small children. Also, the owners are very kind and worked with us on our dates. We look forward to going back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Had a great time, very clean and secluded. Just wish I could have caught some fish! The owners were very friendly and accomodating.

Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy it as much as we have. Do you love the ocean? Do you love to fish? How about a little golf? Want to walk on the beach or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the quiet wild life reserve and see Mobile Bay and the Ocean at the same time. Try it out! We did and loved it!
