The perfect location, 2 blocks from the Waterfront Market, Cole's Peace Artisan Breads, Half-Shell Raw Bar, Schooner Wharf Bar and a stroll around the Seaport or just 4 blocks to Duval Street, completely renovated Harbor House will amaze you with the detailing (beautifully refinished original wooden floors and Dade County pine walls), decorating and attention to detail! On the Historic Register and also sporting an Old Island Restoration Foundation designation, sit on the front porch and watch the world go by or enjoy the totally private landscaped rear deck and heated pool with swim jets and a gas BBQ grill!

The great room with vaulted ceiling at the rear of the cottage has a vaulted ceiling and French doors across the wall that opens up to a wooden deck surrounded for privacy with fencing and tropical foliage, solar heated pool with table/chairs and umbrella. It consists of a living room and kitchen. The living room features a 17" Panasonic thin flat screen CATV (which is adjustable for sweeping movement and viewing), stereo and comfortable, intimate seating.the elegant and fully equipped kitchen with vaulted ceiling has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, garbage disposal, glass top stove, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you could desire to prepare a gourmet feast!

Well-bahaved dogs welcome to swim here off leash. Small beach right next to Louie's Backyard
