My wife and I spent a wonderful week at jackie's condo at Fripp Island. The pictures do not do justice to the view from the deck or livingroom. Most days we could enjoy the dolphins and pelicans fishing right in front of us. Jackie was great in providing with places to eat near by. Went to all of them and enjoyed the casual atmosphere and food. We will definitely come back.

We loved being on the ocean and the view was outstanding. We had no problems with the condo or Jackie. Just really enjoyed reading books on the deck and relaxing. We would consider another vacation there any time. All that is said about the condo is absolutely true.

My wife and I stayed for two months in the fall of 2011 and had a SPECTACULAR time! It seemed like we not only had the whole condo complex all to ourselves, but all of Fripp Island, as well. Hundreds of deer, so drive carefully, particularly around dusk. The fishing from the rocks right out front was great - Redfish, Flounder, Black Sea Bass, Whiting, Sea Trout, Porgy, and other, unidentified species carefully removed with a pliers. We also explored Hunting Island in great depth - hiking all of the trails multiple times, going up into the Lighthouse, etc. The trails were in great shape, easy to follow, and offered lots of opportunities to mountain bike as well as walk or jog. The owner was very helpful and gracious, returning calls and answering questions. The condo was clean, quiet, very confortable, and the view can't be beat. We would highly recommend this unit for any couple looking to just relax and unwind for a bit, and plan on returning when our travels call for us to return to the Southeast. Cheers.

My husband and I stayed here at this BEAUTIFUL condo the 2nd week of May, so right before peak season, which was lovely considering it was not very busy. Jackie was amazing to work with - she was so willing to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond in answering them. She gave great suggestions for what to do in the area as well. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! I will never forget our reaction when we walked in and saw the view. We watched dolphins swimming almost everyday, pelicans flying over constantly, and many other types of wildlife that we aren't used to. The condo was VERY clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and offered such peacefulness with the ocean breezes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Fripp Island! During our stay, we had our fair share of bike rides around the island, fishing off the rocks, laying out at the beach, touring Hunting Island, visiting Savannah, and walking through Beaufort. Though, there is plenty to see on Fripp Island itself. The weather was more than perfect and it was exactly the type of vacation we were looking for. Thank you to Jackie for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

Dear Jackie, We want to thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We had a wonderful time last week (4/16 – 4/23), and enjoyed every moment! The condo was exactly as advertised and more so. The view from your deck was the best we have ever had in any condo rental. Nothing can compare to this view of the ocean. Sleeping at night, and listening to the sounds of the sea was a vacation worth waiting for! The beach on Fripp was simply superb, and you must have ordered the weather as well! One of our favorite hobbies is walking. We were thrilled with the opportunities to walk all over the island. On foot we saw such beauty and enjoyed the solitude. We were very happy to see, also, that there was an elevator to help with the third floor move in. I must say, too, that you had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable and unencumbered. The condo was spotless and very well appointed. We will not hesitate to return, as often as possible! Thank you again…. Debbie and Lou

We just wanted to send a brief email to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo on Fripp Island. The pictures you have in the listing don't nearly do justice to the view that greeted us when we walked in the door. And then we saw all the dolphins swimming right in front of the place - incredible! And not just dolphins - we saw osprey, a loggerback turtle, so many birds and of course so many deer greeting us every time we came back to the island. A nature lover's paradise. It was just so relaxing for us, really a treat. The place was beautiful inside, too - perfect for us. We had a great week of weather and toured all over the area, to Charleston, Savannah and Hilton Head in addition to Beaufort. Thanks again for having us. Bill and Brenda

My husband and I had a wonderful stay between Christmas and New Year 2009. Jackie has made every effort to make her visitors welcome. From the comfortable bed, the clean updated bathroom, to the gourmet kitchen, the condo was one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. On New Year's Eve we cooked Shrimp Provencal with locally caught shrimp(the tastiest we have ever had) and on New Year's Day, Roasted Red Pepper Soup and Rack of Lamb with no qualms so well stocked was the kitchen. We had beautiful views of the sunrise and the full moon over the water from the balcony. And drank morning coffee while watching dolphins, pelicans and herons out over the ocean. If you don't feel like cooking, Beaufort has plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. We were sorry to leave this peaceful oasis when it was time to return home to New Jersey. Situated between Charleston and Savannah, this is one rental we look forward to returning to in the near future.

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The view from the balcony was priceless. We were met with beautiful sunrises every morning. The owner is a wonderful person who is very easy to work with and will answer any questions you have. I would recommend this property in a heart beat. I plan on using it again. You have the cities of Savannah 45 minutes away or Charleston 60 minutes away to site see. You also have the beautiful city of Beaufort close by. For the Military you have the MCAS Beaufort and Parris Island. I recommend a local restaurant called "Gullah Grub Restaurant" in near by Frogmore on St. Helena Island. Here you will find local delicacies such as She Crab Soup, Shrimp Gumbo, Shark and Shrimp Dinners and many others. I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Stayed a short weekend in October, 2005 and loved the place. It is very inviting, clean, and decorated well. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, silverware, glasses, etc. I felt very much at home here. The view is fantastic and the island has many wonderful surprises. I hope we will be coming back in the near future. Thanks much Mr. Richards, we appreciated your hospitality and kindness.

Spent a wonderful week on Fripp Island. Loved the condo with the ocean view. We had great weather and enjoyed the beach, sitting by the pool (which is right outside the condo) and a couple rounds of golf. If you want to relax, this is the place to go. Pete is a great host.

My husband and I stayed in this condo May 2010. Everything was just wonderful. The views are wonderful and it was so peaceful. The condo was very clean and had anything you could want. You cannot go wrong with Fripp Island or this condo. If you need a place to unwind this is it. Jackie was an excellent hostess. If you are looking for peace and relaxation you will find it here.
