The living room balcony provides a perfect view of the bay and the very popular 700 FOOT LAZY RIVER POOL with circulating current, large heated pool, and two large hot tubs. Thepatio is large and includes a wrought iron table and chairs and an electric barbeque pit as well.
This condominium is a 5th floor end unit, providing two large additional windows in the kitchen and living room and two additional in the master bedroom. It also has an extra balcony furnished with addirondak chairs to enjoy gulf views.
The interior of this unit reflects an elegant palette of sage green, soft browns, and muted golds. The living room boasts dual sliding glass doors (an entire wall of glass) with custom designed drapes.
Furnishings in the living room include an oversized leather recliner, chenille sofa/ queen sleeper, ceiling fan, and large oak armoire housing a 32 inch flat screen TV (game ready), VCR/DVD player, and stereo CD player.
A glass/oak/wrought iron dining table and three coordinating bar stools provide ample seating. The kitchen, fully stocked with top of the line appliances and cookware, is open to the living room, creating an open and airy space. A full size washer and dryer is located in the unit.
The master suite includes a queen bed and armoire housing a new 27 inch flat screen TV (game ready) with VCR/DVD player. A full private bath is attached. A custom made, built-in bunk room with two twin beds provides additional sleeping for two and connects to a second bathroom.
This bunk area is more than just a hallway with bunks; it has been enhanced with a door for privacy, a TV/VCR and a chest of drawers. As our guest in this unit you will have full use and access to Destin West Gulf side’s amenities including beach access, fitness center, and pools.
A covered walkway now connects Destin West Bayside and Gulf side. This unit is managed by Holiday Isle Properties, a very high quality company and are here to assist you if ever needed. Lastly, please note that this is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. This is a very strict policy as we must always be mindful of guests with severe allergies. Thanks for understanding!!
