Our beautifully maintained beach area villa is available for you to enjoy. Beautiful oak hardwood floors grace the living room and dining area, tile covers the foyer, kitchen and bathroom floors. Both master and guest suites have new carpet. The entire villa has white woodwork and trim. Bright yellow walls surround the foyer, kitchen and living room area.
The guest suite is painted a light blue while the master bedroom and bath finished in a comforting beige. For the finishing touch, our decorator selected the furniture in the foyer,dining and living rooms. This villa is one of the premier beach area villas in Palmetto Dunes. We are committed to creating and maintaining a beautiful villa for our family and guests to enjoy!
One of the few vacation locations where the family can walk to just about everything they enjoy including world class golf, kayaking, championship tennis, bike rentals,a general store for kids candy trips or needed grocery items, restaurants and of course the Atlantic Ocean and Beach. This beautifully furnished top floor villa overlooks the lagoon from two decks and is only a two minute walk to the beach or pool. It is located adjacent to the Marriot Beach Resort which features many additional amenities including dining, fitness and spa.
Walk, jog or bike along the miles of beach and trails located within Palmetto Dunes. Fabulous golf courses designed by Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and George Fazio are ready and waiting to make your vacation unforgettable. Enjoy TENNIS across the street on one of the 23 clay or two hard courts. Shopping and restaurants await you at nearby Shelter Cove with a bike pathway under the street to a scenic marina and fabulous shopping at the Mall. The New Outfitter is now open for you to explore the eleven mile lagoon in a kayak or canoe. You can even schedule a fishing charter.
