This single home at the Village at Bear Trap Dunes is a beautiful, warm, and inviting place that has a uniqueness that even many other homes at Bear Trap do not have. The beautiful fourth Green of Black Bear at Bear Trap Dunes right in your own backyard!
As you are sitting in a soft easy chair, next to a roaring fireplace, with the wonderful aroma coming from the beautiful kitchen of the Great Room, you can see through the huge, detailed palladium windows, and watch the summer sunset breeze cause the checkered red and white flag to gently wave. As the last golf group walks off the green, you can even see what kind of putter he puts into the bag, if you look really close! This splendid green is painted with a backdrop of huge trees and surrounded by nature's very own dunes. Just take a walk up from the patio!
The views and all the action really starts and ends in the Great Room. With the striking view of the green from the "wall of windows," the room also has a beautiful fireplace and a mantle, above which is a wonderful painting of a green, almost seems like a reflection from the window just next to it. The comfortable sofas and chairs allow great viewing of the 32 inch Flat Screen Toshiba TV, cable connected with DVD/VCR player all housed in an elegant, off white antique armoire.
The kitchen has a GE convection microwave and an easy cleaning flat-top oven. The refrigerator is upgraded and large as is the huge breakfast countertop that will easily accommodate four. The dining room table will accommodate six comfortably, and another table with four additional chairs is also provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all dishes, utensils, cookware, and whatever you might need to prepare your own meals.
There are five bedrooms and each bedroom has its own TV, cable connected, DVD/VCR players, ceiling fans and lights, and multimedia outlets. There are two Master Bedrooms, and the first master, off the foyer, has a beautiful cherry bedroom set, with a king-size bed and a lovely master bathroom with upgraded Corian counter-tops and fully tiled flooring and shower walls to maintain its elegant look. The second floor master, with a queen-size bed, has a wonderful antique white bedroom set that augments the elegant decor of the house. The other three bedrooms have two twin beds each.
The attached garage is a wonderful asset, especially during inclement weather and, certainly, adds more storage space.
The Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course is a wonderful 27 hole dream filled with beautiful water-filled layouts, rolling dunes, and wonderful wooded holes as well. Nature and golf truly have come together in perfect harmony here. You will certainly "lose" yourself on this course and feel uniquely refreshed afterward.
If golf is not enough, the Village at Bear Trap Dunes Recreation Center will meet all your other needs. Besides its perfectly kept tennis courts, the center houses both an indoor and outdoor pool so you can swim in rain or shine! There is also a second outdoor pool in the community, so there is little worry about crowds! Also, at the center are two dry saunas and a large whirlpool. But the best it has to offer are the exercise facilities. There are two exercise rooms, each with several TVs. The first is filled with treadmills, stationary bikes, and state of the art exercise equipment. In the other room, for the serious "gym rats," there are free weights galore! Also, at the center, are play areas for children, a community computer for internet surfing, and a large community room with a gigantic 60 inch TV! Fun, safe, and educational children's programs are provided by the recreation center in the summer.
The ocean and boardwalks are very easily accessible by shuttles provided by Bear Trap Dunes, that pick up and drop off at many locations in the Bear Trap community. The beach is only two to three miles away! After the beach, you can drive to the famous Rehobeth Shopping Center and Outlets, which is less than 30 minutes away, as are movie theaters and many wonderful restaurants! The grocery store is only minutes away!
This home will provide you with a beautiful and serene environment, in a private and quiet setting next to dunes and wooded areas, but also near the beach and boardwalk, and an awesome recreational center. You can have it all!
