We take great pride in offering our beautiful, three bedroom, two bath unit for use by our guest. It has the perfect ocean view and is located on the 12th floor in the oceanfront South Tower of the nationally acclaimed 57 acre Ocean Creek Plantation Resort.
The smoke-free unit is exquisite and the views of the ocean, beach, beach cabana, and pools are panoramic and simply breath taking.
The unit has two private balconies. One large balcony has access from the living room and master bedroom. The other is small and located on the back of the living room (The views from this balcony are the trees and winding creek of the resort).
All three bedrooms are generous in size and have nice closet space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private full bath and its own 42" LCD Flat Screen TV with DVD/VCR Player. The middle bedroom has a double bed and its own TV.
The third bedroom has two twin beds that may be pushed together. It also has its own TV. This is a nice size third bedroom.
In addition to the bedrooms there is another full bath, wet bar, a living room with amazing views from the front balcony, a well-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and a washing machine and dryer in its own laundry area.
A BLUE RAY DVD player is included with a 42" LCD/flat screen TV. in the living room. Music as well as movies can be played on the DVD player. The living room sofa folds out into a queen size bed.
Of course the condo includes central air, cable(free HBO), HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, phone, iron, ironing board, broom, vacuum cleaner, linens and departure cleaning.
This gated community (with 24/7 security) is located directly across from Barefoot Landing (featuring over 100 shops and dozens of restaurants), the Alabama Theatre, and the famous House of Blues.
Exiting the guardhouse either left or right, the best of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach awaits you. Miles and miles of endless restaurants, shops, nightclubs, amusement parks, theaters and over 100 championship golf courses.
Or, if you prefer, your vacation could be complete even if you never left the Resort. The ocean and large beach that in-gulfs the resort are ever present. The South Tower has its own unique heated indoor/outdoor pool design and hot tub (lifeguards on duty Memorial Day to Labor Day).
If you feel like wandering, you can hike a lush, tropical nature trail to one of the other four pools strategically located throughout the resort. If you don’t feel like a hike, why not bring your bike and take a nice ride through this beautiful wonder land.
Maybe a dip in the main oceanfront pool located next to the multi-level deck cabana on the beach. The Beach Club Cabana is a full bar and grill. Also, located next to the cabana are a large volleyball court, horseshoe pit, kiddie pool and a wonderfully equipped children’s playground. Beach umbrella and chairs are provided in your own private locker.
If you want to dine out, you still don’t have to leave your resort home. That’s Right! Try the wonderful Four Seasons Restaurant located in the center of the complex.
Other pleasures available to you without leaving the resort: Business center, library, seven tennis courts (there is a fee for using the courts), game room, putting green, bicycle trails, fish or crab in the beautiful tidal creek, etc., etc, etc.

A great big thanks to the Petree's for having such a "clean" and well equipped unit! We have been staying at Ocean Creek for 16 years and this condo is by far the best thought out we have rented. Right down to the smallest detail, such as hooks in the bathroom to hand your bathrobe and night clothes. The 42" plasma TV was also a plus for my husband..The balcony is perfect-you get the morning sun and afternoon shade. Great for cocktail hour.

Patrick manages this and a number of other properties. He is very professional and easy to deal with. He stays in touch and follows up promptly. Unlike many of the other property rental agents, Patrick has developed a thorough system for renting properties that works very smoothly All you have to do is simply follow his instructions and have fun.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have been staying at Ocean Creek for 17 tears the unit we rented from the Petree's is best one we have stayed in it is very well decorated, clean, and very well equipped all the comforts of home. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
