We stayed at this Condo in late January and had a wonderful time snowboarding at the Canyons Ski Resort. The property was very clean and well maintained. We found it very spacious for the 2 of us. The location is pretty close to perfect for Skiing/Snowboarding at the Canyons. It is about a 5 minute walk (down hill) to catch the (free) Cabriolet up to the base of the resort. And then returning on an evening it was again only about 5-6 minutes walk (again down hill!) from the Canyons to the Condo. The Condo had everything we needed and more, including a pretty good selection of films which we enjoyed on an evening after active day on the mountain. The owner was really helpful in answering our questions, and made everything simple. There are a couple of great restaurants and bars at the base - we enjoyed the Westgate grill, and the Umbrella bar. For more action Park City is only about a 5-10 minute drive. Based on the location and quality of this Condo - we thought it was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Donna.

I’ve stayed twice in this adorable condominium, once in the summer (and who knew Park City, Utah was so awesome in the summer) and now during the Sundance Film Festival – 2010! Great location; since you can ski or board the Canyons – just a brisk walk to the Cabriolet, or Park City Mountain - a shuttle or drive of under 15 minutes = better yet, ski Deer Valley ;-) We did all 3. I had my daily routine of gazing out the sliding glass doors with the great MOUNTAIN VIEW while sitting on the sofa each day, with my first cup of coffee, and my late night cup of tea. Great king size comfy bed. The 2 separate sink/vanity area, with the tub/shower and toilet in the middle – made our daily routines easier. Kitchen was more than adequate – roomy and not boxed in. Everything you need is here in the unit – with everything you’d want close by. Cute, clean, and comfy. Room for the kids too, the sofa's a queen sleeper. Pool and Jacuzzi just across the road!

We had a fun-filled experience in the "Off-season". This is a very clean condo with all the amenities we needed and more. Great bed (King Sized), wonderful view, easy to reach form nearby parking, TV, VCR many movies and books. It is a great place to visit. The owners were pleasant and concerned that we have an enjoyable stay. I would come back in a flash! Park City is a friendly place with lots to do anytime. My highest recommendation would be fitting.

Hey been twice now, summer and winter. Winter wonderland - so much to do - so little time - cozy unit well stocked with all the must have's - great king bed - and breattaking view's. Kids to walked mountain to snowboard - what a concept. Summer - wakeboarding - deer creek - highlight - Zion trip! Will be back, and back, and back and back. Even if just for 3 days!
