The Moorings condo description
The Moorings property is by far the best rental buy on Hilton Head. You will not find a less expensive rental property in a major resort development like Palmetto Dunes that is this close to the ocean. Our two bedroom, three bath condo is 25 yards to the beach, and overlooks the onsite pool.
The short distance to the beach enables you to come and go to the beach for soft drinks, snacks, meals, etc without crossing the street. The Dunes House has excellent food and a full bar. The Dunes House is on your way to the beach. Our vacation rental property is part of a small complex of condos that are located behind a guarded security gate.
Our property is very clean, well furnished with granite countertops in the kitchen, new major appliances, new paint, carpet and furniture. Updated sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and fireplace in November 2011. Personally maintained by owner. Since we live on Hilton Head Island, we are able to provide our guests with personalized attention. We provide names and phone numbers of some of our many repeat guests as references.
You can avoid the lines at the rental office by renting directly through the owner. When you stay at our rental property you will not have to drive your car to the beach because you will be at the beach. Let our vacation property be your 'home away from home.'
Our Moorings unit offers a king bed in Master Bedroom and two queens in second Bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bath and balcony.Each of the 3 bathrooms have been recently re-furbished with new tile, wallpaper and furnishings. There is also a TV in each bedroom and DVD with VCR in Den and Master bedroom. Our rental property comfortably sleeps six.
