Owner info
About the owner: Hi, I was once a traveler to Wyoming too. I came through in the late 1970's and decided to make it my home by the mid 1980's. Since then I started Wyoming's 1st B&B and still have it and it is up for sale now. I have my Yellowstone Vacation Properties with different homes for rentals, and I'm a real estate broker. That is my business side, my most important side is my God and family side. I have grandchildren and children that live close by and some across the country and I have a great little church on the prairie that I am blessed to be able to worship at on Sundays. Wyoming is a wonderful place to visit, but an even better place to live and raise a family. There is so much open space and a feeling of safety that it just takes your breathe away. I hope you will enjoy and love it as much as I do. Blessings in your journeys, Cindy
Why the Owner Chose Cody:
I choose Wyoming because of the lack of population, the conservative thought process, the student teacher ratio and all of the federal land that surrounds private land. We have so much land to roam, so many animals to watch, so many mountains to hike and explore. You can do anything outdoors in Wyoming. You can see as far as the eye can see in this state and folks are friendly and helpful. Taxes are low and cost of living is reasonable.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
While staying on one of my properties you can hike, photograph nature, animals, star gaze, look at Indian tee pee rings, river raft, go to a nightly rodeo, go golfing, play tennis, shop at high end retro stores or go shopping in western stores. You can dine in a fine dining restaurant or belly up to the bar with the cowpokes! You can watch a cowboy ride down the street on his horse or watch a shootout, pretend of course being preformed & shown nightly. You can be in a foot of snow in the middle of July on some of our highest mountain peaks or be swimming in our lakes or rivers. You can snag a lip and fry a fish, or let it go and explain to the kids why you are doing that. You can jump on the back of a horse and be out of site of everyone in 5 minutes, or you can be in downtown Cody or Red Lodge in 30 minutes in the mix of people from AROUND THE WORLD visiting our great area. You can be in an amazing museum housing art, Indian artifacts, Buffalo Bill Cody items, tons of guns, natural history, and view it at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center the Smithsonian of the West! You can find a spot, sit on a rock and be in complete silence and listen to the river run.....and hear the voice of God speak to you - all in the Great State of Wyoming.
