Our property is located 3 houses from the beach. It is a 5 BR 4.5 BA property with additional beds in the basement which would be perfect for teens. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, near the Sea Pines south gate. The home is just 60 steps from one of the best beaches in Hilton Head, with no major roads to cross.
This home boasts an open floor plan with extensive decking/porches and offers a private pool which can be heated at an additional charge. The large open "living" area has a fireplace, TV , and comfortable furnishings. The adjacent dining area has a large family size table that seats eight-ten easily with counter stools for additional seating.
This five bedroom house is perfect for large families, wedding parties and special events. We are able to offer golf or tennis packages to fit your needs. Great rates. Please inquire.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite offers a king-size bed with private bath and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedroom share a bath located between the two rooms.
The two upstairs bedrooms each have private baths and sitting areas. One bedroom has two queen-size beds and the other a king-size. Each of the five bedrooms has cable television.
The fully-equipped kitchen is designed with efficiency and convenience in mind. You may also choose to retreat to the large screened porch located off the living/kitchen area, that overlooks the pool. It provides a porch swing, sitting area for 4-6 people as well as an additional seating area for you and your group.
The furnishings throughout the house are of top quality. The house is maintained at the highest standards for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
