This 2100 square foot contemporary cape has three finished levels. All levels contain a full bathroom with an outside shower available. The house has a large wrap-around deck for dining and entertainment.
The main level has a living room (ceiling fan) with cathedral ceiling and fireplace, modern fully applianced kitchen with dining area accessible to the deck via glass sliding doors, bedroom (full size bed) with small deck, full bathroom with shower stall and laundry area (washer and dryer).
The lower level is a family room with dining area and two day beds with walkout. The upper floor consist of two bedrooms (queen bed in MBR; 2 twin beds in other bedroom) and full bathroom with tub/shower unit. Both bedrooms have small private decks. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Ninigret Pond (1700 acres) is located a short walking distance. Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters Beach are both located a short distance from the property.There is no smoking inside the house and no pets are allowed.WIFI is available throughout the house (bring your laptop computer)
