This Oceanside Waterfront Stilted home is located in Venture Out's private gated community offering elevated views of the ocean from the oversized upstairs lanai, living room and kitchen, this rental comes with everything you need to live, kick back and relax in the Florida Keys.
Located on Kemp Channel, one of the most accessible boating channels to both the beautiful back country as well as a quick ten-minute run to the open Atlantic and it's Coral Reefs. The private dock will hold up to a 34' overall length boat and has secure storage downstairs for all the gear, 2 bicycles, and a separate freezer for all your bait and fish. Bring your laptop - High Speed internet connection!!!
On the gulf side, Cudjoe Key offers the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge, and just minutes from Big Pine's Key Deer. When it comes time to relax, take your choice: either upstairs in the comfy living room with a flat panel television and surround sound, having your favorite cocktail on the upstairs lanai, or just telling old fishing and boating stories downstairs in the comfortable captains patio chairs overlooking your boat.
The park also has a large fresh water pool, childrens pool and jacuzzi facing the ocean. This is the place to take all of your daily worries away and where lifetime memories are made!
Recently, we have added a golf cart rental that is available for our guests at an addtional cost. The golf cart will be an immediate favorite! This golf cart is an extreme conveinance to our guests during their stay in Venture Out Resort. It provides easy, low maintenance travel, as a couple, or with the kids to the ship store or pool areas. Just another detail not to worry about!

I have been traveling and fishing the keys since 1983. I have been up and down and have stayed in almost all of the areas. I love cudjoe key because of the location and people. It is far enough from Key West but also close enough. With a 15 minute car ride you have the best bars and restaurants the the Florida Keys has to offer. Also being 15 minutes away you are not stuck right in the middle of the "Florida Keys Tourist." Cudjoe also offers some of the most valuble fishing access both to back bay, The Gulf of Mexico, and Ocean Reefs and Blue Water.

The Queen Conch is a pefect located Florida Keys two bedroom home Situated 15 miles from Key West, Florida. This home is Florida Keys motif as well as a sportfish paradise. It has been set up to make a fisherman or diver comfortable and secure. The downstairs storage with a bait freeze keeps the home free of all extra gear. Upstairs has the perfect outdoor deck overlooking the bay and your vessel. With the pool, boat ramp and ships store only minutes away, you will never need to leave. From a full kitchen to the grill downstairs fresh catch is always on the menu. With 2 bedrooms having queen beds and the queen pull out sofa you can sleep six. The dock will hold up to a 36' boat and has water and electric. Homes are cleaned weekly and all linens and towels are keep in good quality.

Native Floridian, loves to fish and boat. I travel to this home at least 7 times a year mainly for fishing. I love offshore inshore and all kinds of sportfishing. I live on the Southwest East coast of Florida and do the same there. I am the father of one son who was born in 2004 and now is also calling the Florida Keys his second home. I own and operate SP Designs and MFG. We do all kinds of products from tshirts to governments all the way to some of the most famous fishing tournaments. We are also one of the leaders on boat wraps.
