My wife and I stayed for 3 days....what agreat place. We seen manatees swimming in the channel out back to dolphin out in the ocean. We live in Florida but sometimes you have to get away to a place like this to truly enjoy the real Florida.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Place was clean and neat. The outdoor grill was great and the property owners were good to deal with. Just a short walk across the road to the beach. You are also a quater mile walk to a park and restaurant. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Had a great stay and would stay again!!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

I stayed here with my two kids, ages 6 and 8, and was impressed with the condo, the beach, LBK, along with the neighboring beaches and Sarasota. I was very happy to be on the bay side, with a quick walk to the beach. Lots of fun animal sightings in a tranquil setting. The condo is a quick drive to Bradenton Beach, which is more of a traditional beach town, in addition to St. Armands Square with a ton of fun shops and restaurants. we really liked staying away from the traffic prone areas.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This unit is neat & clean which speaks well of the Management Co. The unit is very well equipped which speaks well of the owner. It had everything from corkscrews & wine glasses to a beach umbrella and small cooler for a short walk to the beach. We are boaters and the boat dock is in good serviceable condition and well sheltered from any winds. It is at the end of an L shaped canal. What a great little place, we spent our 30th Ann. here. Good restaurants are close by along with a well equipped convenience store.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Longboat Key Dreaming

This was our second trip to Longboat and our first to this condo. Everything was top drawer. Everything we needed was there. The manatees were amazing to watch in the morning. The sunsets were fantastic. I would highly recommend this place, great for families and romantics... We will be back.

perfect condo and location

This condo was exactly as described. It has obviously been recently renovated with tile throughout. A perfect location. Mornings were great just outside the back door with coffee on the canal-side dock. Sunsets on the beach just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

First timers in Longboat

We can say that our vacation in Long Boat Key was the best. Our accommodations were outstanding. It truly was just as described. The condo was very neat and clean. Our check in experience (arived early) to our departure was smooth as silk. Our 8 year old son was in fact was greeted every morning by the manatees swiming in the inner coastal just steps from the condo right in our back yard. Everything in the condo was updated, the kitchen was well equipped and were able to cook in without a problem. Our neighbor was very friendly, he even fished with our son and filled him in on what was biting and his favorite bait. Beach and pool area was very nice; again felt right at home. It was overall one of our most relaxing vacations the whole area is just what we were looking for. Plenty of activities and wonderful dining experiences. We were very sad to leave the most spectacular sunsets ! We would defintely come back to Longboat key agian and love to stay in the exact same place. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a beautiful quiet place to soak up the sun.

I just wanted to let you kow what a wonderful time we had. We truly enjoyed your home - it is beautiful. I spent 2 days in the backyard watching manatees as they floated in the waterway. The last day one gave birth. Every evening we went back to the beach with cocktails and watched the sun set. It was a perfect week!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely condo. It was spotless and very attractively furnish. The beach is so private and peaceful - many times we were the only ones on it. Love sitting on the Adirondeck chairs in the morning with the Manatees. Can't wait to come again next year.
