Kingston Plantation is a gated community with 24 hour security, approximately 300 yards of private beach front (next to the Apache Pier). It has a large stock lake for catch and release fishing, two hotels, two restaurants, $25 million Sports and Racquet club, World-class tennis facilities (former home of USTA Mercedes Championships), 12 outdoor pools and four indoor pools, 6 jacuzzis, kids programs, poolside entertainment during the day and in the evening during the summer, walking and biking trails, water sports, convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment. The condo is splendid; anyone can't help but be impressed when they walk in. It is bright, spacious, updated and evokes a feeling of both luxury and being at the beach, which is what you want when you're on vacation in South Carolina. It has to be one of the best views in the plantation. Everything one would need is in the unit and ready to enable you to relax without having to run to the store (i.e. tissue, hand soap, etc.). Small appliances and cookware made preparing meals easy and fun (we made smoothies one evening). Believe me, I am so picky when it comes to renting, and I was really pleased - I felt like I was being pampered in the master bedroom. Did I mention to you we have a time share at South Beach in Myrtle Beach and we were discussing on the ride home which place we enjoyed more? We can only use it every other year, which leaves us renting on the off years. My husband really liked your condo. Both condos are somewhat similar in terms of decor and amenities.

We loved your beach place. It is so convenient to the pool and beach. I walked to my meetings and the children walked to the pool and beach. It is decorated so nicely and it is equipped well. I would like to reserve it for the SCASA leadership conference for next year (June 20 - 27, 2009). Please let me know if it is available. Also, my husband and I are trying to convince the children to spend Christmas at the beach. I may be calling on you for that also. Once again, thank you for sharing your place. You have been a pleasure to deal with and quick to help. Have a wonderful summer!

Debi, We really enjoyed our spring get away and the time spent at Kingston Plantation and thought your condo was great! We really do not have any creative input as the condo was well decorated and the kitchen had everything that's needed. The view from the balcony was great and the wildlife was plentiful.We will be in touch and give you a call again for a return rental. Once again we really had a great time. Best Regards!
