We had an amazing time in your wonderful house! It Is Perfect!! The pool and all the space was amazing! The kids loved the pool so much and never wanted to get out! This is our first time to Destin and we absolutely LOVED IT! The beaches and the water were great!! We have never seen sand so white and water so blue! WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME!!

This is our 3rd family trip to Destin, Fl. We have always stayed in this section of the beach and this is our favorite! This house is incredibly inviting & relaxing; everything a vacation should be!! It was so spacious & comfortable. The pool was fantastic as well....our favorite thing to do at night. Lots of kitchen utensils, acessories, dishes & tools!! A welcome surprise indeed!! Thank you!! The storm broke the patio table glass & you were quick to respond & incredibly kind regarding the incident. We will definately come to CoCo Cabana again on future trips to Destin! Thanks so much!!

Just received notification of our damage/security deposit...surprised/happy with the quick return. Thank you and may I tell you what a wonderful time we had in your home all week. All of the grandchildren have decided they want to move to Florida ... of course I am sure they envision living in a similar home with a pool:) We drove home through rain, hail, and 44 degrees in TN. Thank you for such a blessed week.

Thanks for a wonderful time! Drove to Seaside and Air Force Armament Museum, Dewey Destins for lunch. Everyday we had wonderful weather. Played at the beach, swam in the pool, grilled on the grill - laughed and enjoyed ourselves. Wonderful house that felt like home. Grandparents and 8 grandchildren...Thank you from Tennessee!

Loved the family visit!! This home was perfect for that. I want to say Dewey Destin restaurant(the original one) looked scary going into but once through we had the BEST TIME! From the place you can see dolphins, flounder, jellyfish, eel because the water is so crystal clear and the service.....well, we thought they were family at Dewey Destin Restuarant! Thank you and Blessings!

Our first visit to Destin and the Florida Panhandle was fantastic! Our weather was perfect with temperatures in the high 80's. Other than the "June grass" in the water, it was perfect also. It was warm with enough waves to make it fun. We enjoyed Pompano Joe's and McGuires Irish Pub but ended up eating in many nights using the "great" grill and well-equipped kitchen. We have some great beaches in Maryland but your sand is the best!!

Please be very careful when staying here, the price is far to high for the accomadations. The floorplan was fine but the beds are uncomfortable and the bath towles appear to have been purchased used from yard sales or goodwill I assume, they did not match and they were quite old. The mattress sets on the beds were hard and the bedding once again seemed old. When we stayed here the property was fairly new but it seems they did not provide what one would expect for a (new) property. The owner was also rude and stated the we were not very good Christians (my brother in law is by far one of the most God fearing men I know!) GOD Bless TG123

Owner response:In 24 years of business this is THE first time we have ever kept a full damage deposit from a family. We feel this compelled them to write this derragatory review. The only truth in his note was the towels do not match, reason being...I decorate eclectically. The home was/is absolutely brand new(complete late April 2010). Please read other reviews. Our goal is to provide a wonderful vacation....always has been. Below is the note we sent to David 6 months ago(minus the list of damages), the day after they checked out. Odd the review is just being placed. David, as upset as I feel right now...thought it best to email you. It has been a very long time since I had a group leave one of our brand new! beautiful! homes in such an appalling mess. It is unfortunate that I had mentioned to my family and cleaning people that the home might be left in very good order since I supposed you to be "christians". The following is a list of issues:(folks reading this review...please feel free to contact me for this very lengthy list). As contract states....due to the house not being anywhere "left in the order it was found", various(many) damages and extra cleaning fees needed, the loss of full deposit is required. Honestly, the damage deposit is not nearly enough to cover the damages and replacement needs. Not to mention the $10. bounced check fee and neighbors told us you had more than 16 people stay at the home(upwards to 25...not what we had agreed on). And due to the condition the home was left we had to put off the next tenants check-in time in order to get things back in good working order.

What a beautiful house! We have rented from the Foys before and its always a pleasure! We had a great time despite the fact that it poured rain for 5 days of our 7! The kids had a ton of fun swimming in the rain. The 2 days of sunshine were gorgeous. The shopping and eating are outstanding!! Thanks from all of us from Illinois!

CoCo Cabana Blast(Kentucky)

We had a blast at the CoCo Cabana! What a great week. The beach was BEAUTIFUL and the ocean was warm! Everyone had fun at DJ's for the dolphin cruise and then dancing the night away at the bar. We had such fun in the sun in the pool. As far as food, we suggest driving to Publix. Winn Dixie is closer but a lot more expensive. The Whales Tail Restaurant had very good seafood & AJ's had great sushi. Dawn and John were great hosts! P.S. There is a recycling center by the Embassy Suites. P.P.S. For any possible oil..Dawn diswashing liquid detergent is great for simple removal. Thanks! Lots of fun!!

We had a delicious time here this week - literally. The well equipped kitchen helped us produce amazing esoteric delights! Yum Yum! Pool was great. Weather = hot-n-sunny! NO OIL on beach...thank goodness. Rented a boat from 'Luthers' for the entire day. Had a GREAT time. Snorkled, fished and cruised around the bay. Super fun - got the Limo pontoon. Really enjoyed the house. Really enjoyed Destin. Thanks so much. You will see us again!
