This beautiful, sixth-floor condominium has two bedrooms and two baths with 1050 square feet and private balcony. If you like the relaxing sound of waves hitting the sugar white beach from your own private balcony, this is the place to kick back. This is a desirable east corner unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico for the best East to West panoramic view on the beach.

This 36 unit condominium complex is one of the newer beach towers in the area with many of the same features found in much larger complexes. Our pool is open late into the evening with no defined closing time as long as you adhere to the posted rules. There is no better way on earth to escape the hustle bustle of real life than to spend it vacationing on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Just walk out of the "New" pool area and you are no more than 150 feet from the water's edge.

Situated right on the beach in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, there are two shopping centers within a mile to satisfy your immediate shopping needs. While the area specializes in wonderful seafood restaurants there are many restaurants for every taste and budget. In addition to the most pristine lengths of beach, you may enjoy our outdoor pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool made just for the little ones. Directly across the street is Ruby Tuesday's and Live Bait, so you don't need to go far for good food and entertainment.

    • My wife and daughter and I just stayed in this beautiful condo through Memorial Day week and had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony is beautiful and since the building sits closer to the ocean than the adjacent buildings, one can see in both directions for miles. The condo was well kept and in good condition, very nicely located right in the middle of things. We like the fact that the master bedroom was located at the opposite end from the balcony, living area and kitchen, since I am an early riser and Peg likes her morning snoozes. Be sure and try DeSoto's for lunch, Big O for breakfast. We loved the Reds at the Steamer and thought LuLu's was a bit overrated. Owner Pat Foster was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay here again. Lee and Peg
