My husband and I rented this for the weekend with another couple and it was wonderful! The beach views off the balcony are amazing - that was our favorite hang out spot! The bedrooms and living room were very comfortable. And you can walk downstairs right onto the beach! We will for sure stay here again! Peggy was also great to work with and always quick to respond - from the first step to the last. :)

If you are looking for the ultimate beach experience, this is the place to go! The condo is beautiful and the view of the beach is spectacular! The condo is so comfortable and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. I stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home. The elevators are so convenient as they are right outside the room and there are carts there to load your luggage onto. They maintain the pool and grounds every day so everything is nice and clean. There are many excellent restaurants located nearby. Whatever you have a taste for, you can find a wonderful place to eat. Also several mini golf courses, water parks, etc. for entertaining the little ones. Just walking the beach is awesome! The sand feels like corn starch and there's always neat things to see. The Blue Angels even flew over during my stay. There are usually parasailers to watch and neat boats are always going by. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking out over the water and watching all the people on the beach too. Plus you can see dolphins swimming by every now and then which always got everyone excited. There was never a dull moment while I was there. Gulf State Park is nearby and offers bird watching, fishing, bike lanes, and is a nice place to go to see the natural landscape away from the high rises and condos. If you like to ride your bike, you can ride it anywhere you want to go. Even on Perdido Drive, which is the main strip, there are bike lanes. I recomment this condo to any group. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay. Definitely rates 5 stars in my opinion!!

Got together with some friends at this location. Had an absolutely wonderful time. The Condo was as advertised and was very neat and clean. Access to the beach couldn't be any better and the beach itself is wonderful.

I enjoyed my time at this condo! The location was perfect in Orange Beach. The Four Winds building is within minutes of several nice restaurants and grocery stores. My family and I liked the fact that the condo was one of the smaller ones on the beach. It was quieter, and there was not as much traffic on the elevator (as compared to other places I've been). The condo was clean, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with cooking utensils, etc. The view from the balcony was ideal. The only negative part of the trip was having to leave.... The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. I look forward to returning here again to make more wonderful memories.

MY FAMILY AND I SPENT 7 NIGHTS OF PURE RELAXATION AT THE FOUR WINDS. THE CONDO WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED AND VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME, THERE WERE PLENTY OF STORES, RESTAURANTS, & ATTRACTIONS WITHIN JUST A FEW MILES. THE BOYS LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE AT THE HANGOUT, THE FOOD WAS GREAT AT CAFE GRAZIE, AND WE HAD A BLAST AT ADVENTURE ISLAND. THE CONDO WAS THE CLOSEST BUILDING ALONG THE BEACH, JUST A FEW SECONDS WALK TO THE GULF'S EDGE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE WHO LOVES THE BEACH.

I would recommend this condo to anyone. We recently had a family girls' week at the beach and this condo was perfect. It is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo and facilities were very clean and, most imperfect, had a spectacular view of the ocean and pool. In fact, a lot of time was spent on the balcony. The condo is adequately equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. A real plus for this condo was the layout of the rooms. We will definitely be going back.

Such a great condo! Just as described by owner. Perfect location, wonderful beach views and sounds of the ocean. Great layout for families. Kids loved it and didn't want to go home! Good shopping and restaurants nearby.

Roaches

My husband and four children rented the condo for a few nights over spring break week. We got there at 10pm after driving for 12 hours. When we turned the lights on in the condo there were several Roaches scurrying around on the floor and counters. One of our children is very ill and we didn't feel it would be healthy for him to stay, so we had to try to find two hotel rooms, late at night, on Spring Break Week! We finally found rooms nearly an hour away at 3 times the cost we had budgeted for our trip. We will never go back to this condo or any others in the area. The owner did refund our money right away and said they would get an exterminator there. My wish would have been that they had offered to compensate us a little for the additional inconvenience and cost.

Owner response:We are so sorry this happened, but we were unaware that we had this problem since neither our housekeeper, the previous renters, nor ourselves had ever seen any indication of bugs in our condo. We notified our condo association right away, and they called in an exterminator who took care of the problem. We did refund the security deposit, cleaning fee, rent, and taxes the same night.

This rental at Fourwinds was everything described and more. Dishes, silverware and pots and pans were plentiful. The property was clean and had the most perfect view of Orange Beach. Two grandsons believed the bunk beds in the hall were built only for them. Wentzells Oyster Bar restaurant across the street had the most fabulous appetizers and the crab bisque was undescribable. Aso enjoyed "thrown rolls" at Lamberts in Foley. Massage at San-Roc Center "Paradise Spa" was healing and wonderful, both Ted and Dorie. Loved the area and hope to be back.

WONDERFUL BEACH STAY

This trip was so perfect. We got a few girls together and decided we wanted a beach trip. So, off to Orange Beach we went. What made this trip so awesome was the condo!! This condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. There was nothing better than getting up out of bed, walking outside on the balcony, and seeing the beach RIGHT THERE. The sounds of the beach was so nice as well! This lady was so great to us and we appreciate her so much. The whole situation was so very easy and so perfect! A+++++++ to this place! :)

Five of my friends and I stayed the first of OCT and it was PERFECT! The price was great and the condo was clean.. Not to mention beach front and the balcony was so large all six of us could sit out there comfortably. She had everything there we could need from kitchen stuff to extra blankets.. Shopping center and grocery stores are very close. We saw dolphins everyday and even saw some stingrays the last day we were on the beach.. Oct was the perfect time to go the beaches were not crowded at all.

My wife and I stayed in this unit in August. We really like that it is in a smaller building, that it is close to lots of different things to do, and that the unit is beachside with easy beach access. I would recommend this condo to my friends.

This is the nicest condo on the nicest beach with the greatest views. When I think of going to the beach to relax, I invision somewhere that I don't have to walk to reach the sand, clear views of the ocean, short walk to the pool.... This place has it all. It is the perfect vacation place for couple, families and friends. This is truly the perfect vacation place for all ages.
