This brand new, beautiful condominium has recently been furnished and is located in Fox Point at Redstone. The area surrounding this comfortable condominium is filled with many exciting activities. Within walking distance is the Redstone Shopping Plaza, where you can enjoy many wonderful restaurants, shops, and movie theaters. Many of Park City’s best skiing locations, including The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley are less than ten minutes away! Park City’s free city bus can take you to any one of these resorts and stops just minutes away from the condominium. Park City’s Historic Downtown Main Street, home of the Sundance Film Festival, is just 15 minutes away and full of many shops and restaurants which can be enjoyed year round.
This two bedroom, two bath condominium sleeps up to six, on two queen beds and one pull-out sleeper sofa. The spacious master bedroom contains a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, roomy walk-in closet, large double sink vanity, as well as a TV with DVD player. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and large closet. The kitchen features granite countertops, stone flooring, breakfast bar, and brand new appliances. It is fully stocked with everything needed to feel like home. The dining room seats up to eight people and is adjacent to the living room and kitchen. The plush living room contains two comfortable sofas, a leather recliner, along with a large TV with DVD and VCR.
Located on the second floor with a single car garage and two entries, the view from the balcony overlooks the Olympic Ski Jump facility. Additional parking if necessary is located nearby. The garage entrance leads through a fully-equipped laundry room. Our condominium is available for rent during any season of the year.
