With three levels of living space, plus your own private rooftop deck, this home is bright, breezy, and spacious. Each bedroom has its own private deck and has a TV and VCR for your relaxation. This house also has a library of books and videos for your enjoyment. House sleeps 14.
The first floor includes a master suite with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The laundry room is located on this level and has a full-size washer and dryer. Also there is an alcove area off the back of the house where the barbeque grill is located. The exterior of the house has a storage room with beach chairs and barbeque accessories. A large sun deck on the first floor is a perfect place to relax and smell the sea air while you read a great book.
The second floor includes an open living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the living room, the floral sectional couch faces towards the fireplace and entertainment center, where you can enjoy the TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and selection of DVD movies. The kitchen opens into the living room and dining room, and has all modern conveniences of a full-service kitchen. The ceramic tile floor throughout this level adds to the elegance of the home. Located in the back of this level is the second bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a powder room.
Two bright and spacious master suites are located on the third level, each with cathedral ceilings and two skylights. Each has its own bathroom and deck. The master bedroom on the south side of the house has a huge walk-in closet, dressing area, and an seat where you can get ready and apply makeup.
Once you reach the rooftop deck on the 4th level of the home, you can almost hear the ocean. This is a fabulous place to relax, sunbathe, read, or dine as you enjoy spectacular views.
