Immaculate, resort condominium on the ground floor. New owner! New carpet, new tile, new furniture, new appliances!
A private, heated pool is right off the condominium patio. Very close to tennis courts and fitness center. The beach is a quick walk, or you can catch a ride on the resort tram.
The condominium has two bedrooms, with mirrored walls in the living room. This is an immaculate unit that you will quickly call home. The master suite with a king bed has a walk-in closet, a separate bathing area, and a garden tub. Guest bedroom has two full-size beds and bath. Linens, towels, and dry goods are included.
Three cable TVs, a covered patio, and parking right outside the back door. A Par 3 golf course, Pizza Hut, hair salon, gift shop, beach activities including jet skiing and parasailing, beach-front restaurant and lagoon pool make vacation condominium living a luxury!

Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort
We wanted a beach home that was convenient to our family. We have two daughters in Atlanta and one in Orlando so this is a perfect halfway point. It is a six hour drive for each of us. There is something for everyone in PCB. Pier Park is fabulous for shopping, there are challenging golf courses, great restaurants and of course the beach. Our number one reason for choosing PCB is the beach, we have been all over the world and this is still my favorite place to vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beginning of each day is so beautiful at Edgewater. We sit on our patio and enjoy the quiet and beauty of this lovely property early in the morning. We love the beautiful beach at Edgewater, sitting at Oceans Restaurant (at Edgewater) on the patio and looking at the gorgeous water. My husband also takes advantage of the par 3 golf course. He likes the fact that he can play the course and still meet up at the beach in the afternoon. The beach is great for walking but so is the property itself at Edgewater.

My husband, Wally, and I grew up in the Pittsburgh area but have lived in Atlanta for 35 years. We have three daughters, and four grandchildren. We have such great memories of taking our girls to Myrtle Beach when they were young, and wanted to recreate some of those memories with our grandchildren. I have not been dissapointed. As they grow each visit to the beach brings something new and I hope they will have wonderful memories of Mimi and Papa and the beach.

My husband and I couldn't have chosen a better place to relax and enjoy. Your Conndo is absolutely one of the most adorable conndos we have ever stayed in. It made us feel like it was our home away from home. What a perfect location! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. You should be a professional decorator if you aren't already. Thank you so much for a lovely time. We will be back next year.
