This is a ground floor ONE BEDROOM/TWO BATH unit with Lanai and Ocean View. The ground floor is convenient because it has front and back door access and you don't have to carry groceries, luggage, and surfboards up any stairs! Walk out 50 Feet to the beach and enjoy the BBQ Area, picnic tables and beach-side showers. Unit is decorated in Bright Hawaiiana Motif. RoadRunner High Speed Internet Service and Cable TV available.
