Die Abwicklung der Buchung bis zur Ankunft im Objekt bei Ferrara verlief ohne Probleme. Allerdings war das Appartment "Clelia" nicht mehr buchbar und wir nahmen das vom Vermieter offerierte "Elvira" hat. Die Organisation und Kommunikation (Anzahlung, wichtige Dokumente und Infos) verlief sehr unkompliziert und vertrauensvoll. Der erste Eindruck des Objekts bei der Ankunft war ebensfalls toll - alles gepflegt und gastfreundlich. Die Probleme entstanden bei Bezug des Appartments, wo in der Küche (mit einem Doppelstockbett) und im Schlafzimmer alle Wände vom Boden her 30 cm hoch mit Stockflecken oder Schimmel bedeckt waren. Der Vermieter schien hierüber nicht erstaunt, konnte uns jedoch nur für zwei Nächte ein Ausweichappartment anbieten. An dem dazwischen liegenden Tag ließ er den Schimmel entfernen und nach wenigen Stunden die betroffenen Stellen weiß überstreichen. Unseren Hinweis, dass wir das Appartment aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht wieder beziehen wollen, nahm er zur Kenntnis, unterstützte jedoch keineswegs bei der Suche nach einem Ausweichobjekt. Die Miete für die zwei Nächte kassierte er in voller Höhe plus Endreinigung. Hier hatte die Gastfreundschaft deutlich ihre Grenzen erreicht. Sicher urlauberfreundlich gedacht ist die "leichte Gastfreundschaft", das heißt der Vermieter tritt mit dem Urlauber nicht mehr in Kontakt als notwendig bzw. als vom Urlauber gewünscht. Für nicht "Schimmel"-empfindliche Menschen eine durchaus nette Unterkunft, zumal Ferrara und Bologna als in der Nähe gelegene Städte sehr sehenswert sind, die Adria ist auch nur 60 km entfernt.

Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.
