Lupine Hill is a cottage home at the top of the hill of Boothbay Harbor. It is surrounded by beautiful very well maintained and managed Bed & Breakfast and a 'sister home' owned by a wonderful couple from Ohio. We had everything we needed and more to make our two week stay feel like home. The owner, Doug was always available by email(and I imagine phone if necessary). We towed a Harley, put over 1000 miles on it; Lupine Hills was a great starting point for all our trips. Each day we had a hardy Bkfast either at 'home' or on the Harbor; then traveled to return to Lupine Hill walk to Harbor enjoy a wonderful evening meal on the water. The locals are wonderful and very eager to share the 'off the beaten path' destinations. Ran 3-6 miles daily; always had a relaxing, beautiful safe early morning run. For us-Lupine Hills helped us make a wonderful wonderful MEMORY on the Maine Coast!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
