Beautiful Private Home located in Sea Colony on the Atlantic Ocean. Sea Colony is a private, gated pool, and tennis community placed on prime land between A1A and US1. Jupiter, Florida is a highly desirable and rapidly growing, West Palm Beach community. The 45,100 year-round residents enjoy rich history, culture, vibrant industry, and natural beauty that together provide an unequaled quality of life.
The Village of Jupiter covers a 22 square mile area stretching from the Atlantic Ocean, west beyond I-95 and Florida's Turnpike to Riverbend Park. Nestled between the Village of Tequesta and the Town of Juno Beach, Jupiter's offers a small town feel with all the benefits of a dynamic West Palm Beach metropolitan region. The West Palm Beach Airport is a short ten to fifteen minute drive!
Rich in history this area has grown into a wonderful small community that encourages outdoor activities throughout its parks, sports activities, residential areas along the waterways, and the many miles of water that meander through the communities. Jupiter is famous for its beautiful beaches, the Loxahatchee River and the Intracoastal Waterway. The towns enjoy a vibrant cultural life as the home of the Loxahatchee River Historical Museum and several arts and entertainment festivals. Town and County Parks provide recreational facilities for team sports, an aquatic center, and access ramps into the Intracoastal Waterway.
Situated just 90 miles north of Miami, Jupiter could easily lay claim to being Florida's St. Tropez. Jupiter has all those things that you would expect to find in a South Florida coastal community, including great fishing, abundant golf and tennis, beautiful beaches, many parks, and various other recreational activities. But Jupiter also offers its residents some fairly refined pleasures and entertainment. You can find an excellent selection of restaurants, from sophisticated waterfront dining, with spectacular views of the lighthouse and ocean, to small, intimate local restaurants that feature everything from barbecue to French cuisine. The Hurricane Cafe and Square Grouper are two of our favorites!
The Community boasts a 24 hour guard, private beach access, community pool, tennis courts, as well as a Fitness and Community Center all centered around a lake with fountain. Our Home, The Mimosa Cottage, is located .2 miles from the beach (approximately a three to four minute walk! A half a minute run!).
Our Beautiful Home has been professionally decorated by Wild Child Décor and features custom painting and unique Mediterranean influenced accents. Get ready for laid-back, island time living! We have tried to think of everything to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. The Mimosa Cottage has all the amenities you need. A private, elegant home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths plus Cabana Bath by pool. This home has been completely updated to include Professional Series SS stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in kitchen, Palm Fans and Tiffany Glass Light Fixtures throughout, corian counters and tumbled stone floors in the bathrooms, cherry cabinetry throughout, a fabulous Princess Claw Foot tub in master bath with jet massage feature, and a tropical backyard retreat with butterfly garden, and paver patio for al fresco dining.
Other features include a two-car garage, Gas Grill, picnic coolers, washer and dryer, landscaped backyard with private HEATED pool plus more. Beach items include beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Other items in the house include a CD player with CD's, TV’s in every bedroom with video library, books, bikes, fax machine and High Speed Wireless Cable hookup. We are 2 blocks from the community pool! We also have a helpful welcome guide, giving you tips of where to eat, shop, and relax.

Second Level: Master Bedroom with King Bed, two walk-in closets, and master bath with tile shower, double sink, claw foot massage tub, and private water closet. The Second Bedroom with queen. Hall Bath with Tub. Third bedroom with two twin beds.
