The perfect location of the Pavilion Palms makes it possible to spend the day at Miramar Park directly across the street or stroll to restaurants and shopping nearby. You have convenient access to a two-car garage, elevator, and heated pool.
Our unit is a three-bedroom, three full bath unit. It sleeps twelve. We have one king-sized bed in the master bedroom, one king-size bed in bedroom two, and two queen-size beds that sleep four in bedroom number three. There is also 2 futons that sleep 4 in the living room.
Stroll across Scenic 98, a two-lane, pedestrian-friendly road, to the sugar-white beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo was perfect. The view was awesome,getting to the beach was very easy. The best part was Another Broken Egg was a short walk for breakfast each morning!! We would definitely stay again at this condo. Thanks!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We had such a great week in Destin! This condo was perfect for our group. Even with 3 small children we had plenty of space. We never felt crowded. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. Very family friendly! The kids loved the beach toys, and the wagon was wonderful! Hope to be back again soon!!! We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second stay at Joe's condo; each time we come to destin we love it! This is the best family environment we have been in on vacation! The beach is amazing and the condo has everything. We were on vacation for mother's day and I was suprised to find that the condo had everything to bake a cake and homemade pancakes which made mother's day special for all the moms that came! We just vacationed in this beautiful condo and have now found our home away from home for our yearly beach trip to Destin, FL. The condo is gorgeous, conveniently located and offers all the amentities and then some to really enjoy your vacation. This is the perfect condo for your trip to Destin. this is the second time that we had come to Destin. We loved the condo and it work wonder for our big family. The view is amazing. The place is really nice and quiet therefore it is a great place for our family since we had two babies. The pictures do not give this property justice! We were pleasently surprised by the roominess and comfort here. Everything we needed was provided. So clean and we had that "right at home" feeling as soon as we walked in. I will recommend this condo to everyone. The pool, the beach, the resturants, the shopping and the Nintindo 64 made our vacation the best ever. Thanks for sharing your "home" with us.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We had a wonderful time at your unit this year. Our daughter celebrated her 4th birthday during our stay & we had a great beach themed party complete with hawaiin shirts & flower leis for all. The condo was great, every need met. We LOVED the addition of the beach wagon. Great idea! We rented bicycles with child seats for our 2 week stay.
